This place was just meh. I had high hopes based on the reviews but the hot latte was just basic tasting, the burrito I had was hot on the outside but cold on the inside, like refrigerated cold. I am not one to complain and leave negative reviews but I wish someone had posted about this place to warn me. On top of that, the chairs are not comfortable and the one restroom they had was out of order. I will not return.

I ordered 5 pounds of coffee beans online and after more than 2 weeks I still dont have my beans. I ordered fresh roasted beans, not 3 week old stale beans. I called and emailed and received no feedback. My order # is 8022 and I want my money back!

They roast their own coffee. Good place to stop that is right off of market square.

Wandered upon this gem during our time in Knoxville, and so happy we did! Got here around 3:00 and it was still busy on a Saturday. Not familiar to the area so didn't park, had someone drive around while I got our orders to go.
Cute interior with some single bar seats by the windows and some small group seats in the area near the counter.
The guy who took my order was patient and helped me with recommendations. I got the matcha latte, dirty chai, and a version of a caramel macchiato (they didn't have it on the menu but said they can make something close to it). All drinks we got were iced! We also got the gluten free coffee cakes and apple muffin.
The pastries/ baked goods were delicious and I would definitely get again! The version of the caramel macchiato and the matcha latte were also very refreshing and tasty. I didn't care much for the dirty chai though- but I think that's just my personal preference.
TLDR; good vibe coffee shop, good coffee and good eats. Would recommend!

As we were passing through Knoxville, my husband and I ordered some bags of coffee from here to take home because we enjoyed a cup we had while visiting their location. When we got home, I realized it was an espresso grind and I was almost certain my husband had asked for a drip grind. My husband felt bad about it thinking it was his mistake so he ordered some online to be shipped to us. Sure enough when it came it was an espresso grind again! Espresso grind doesn’t work in a drip coffee maker unless you like watery tasting coffee. There is no way to contact the business to address it. It was a huge waste of money and coffee. I don’t recommend this place.

I've been there a couple of times and had their espresso and both times it was way too bitter. Really ashame great location. Got to have higher standards.
The roast here is SO good. Love the seasonal drink combos too. One of the best coffees we've had in Knoxville!
