Wandered upon this gem during our time in Knoxville, and so happy we did! Got here around 3:00 and it was still busy on a Saturday. Not familiar to the area so didn't park, had someone drive around while I got our orders to go.
Cute interior with some single bar seats by the windows and some small group seats in the area near the counter.
The guy who took my order was patient and helped me with recommendations. I got the matcha latte, dirty chai, and a version of a caramel macchiato (they didn't have it on the menu but said they can make something close to it). All drinks we got were iced! We also got the gluten free coffee cakes and apple muffin.
The pastries/ baked goods were delicious and I would definitely get again! The version of the caramel macchiato and the matcha latte were also very refreshing and tasty. I didn't care much for the dirty chai though- but I think that's just my personal preference.
TLDR; good vibe coffee shop, good coffee and good eats. Would recommend!

As we were passing through Knoxville, my husband and I ordered some bags of coffee from here to take home because we enjoyed a cup we had while visiting their location. When we got home, I realized it was an espresso grind and I was almost certain my husband had asked for a drip grind. My husband felt bad about it thinking it was his mistake so he ordered some online to be shipped to us. Sure enough when it came it was an espresso grind again! Espresso grind doesn’t work in a drip coffee maker unless you like watery tasting coffee. There is no way to contact the business to address it. It was a huge waste of money and coffee. I don’t recommend this place.

I don't think the employees know what "sweet" is. All there seasonal drinks taste like different dirts around the world. I've tried multiple drink options and they always fail to impress me much less taste good
Such a fun spot with great coffee. The service here is some of the best in the city. Brisa, Hannah, Aidan and the other staff are always so nice. Good vibes.

Delicious fresh baked pastries and unique fall options for warm and cozy coffee flavor profiles. Cute little downtown shop…offering espresso based drinks as well as pour over coffee.

I love a lot that Mahalo has to offer, their seasonal drinks have been some of my favorites (currently a big fan of their Lemonade Daydream) and i'm a big fan of their various snacks and breakfast burritos.
However, being a coffee shop downtown, don't expect speedy service right before the work day starts. It appears a lot of other people have the same idea as I do and come down here before work. It's no problem though if you're willing to wait a few extra minutes.
