“My grandson and family really enjoyed their pizza. We always do one large pepperoni, one large cheese and we always get the cinnamon bread. There is never a long wait because we order ahead and pick up.
Parking: I have never had a time that I did not have parking space, we always go to the Marco on Maynardville pike“
“With chain pizza restaurants I believe either you like their 'style' of pizza or you don't. In the past I've learned I don't like Marco's style as much as other chains but I do want to give them kudos today.
We were going to a friend's and they wanted to cater in Marco's from this location so we offered to pick it up on the way.
They were quick, they were friendly, it was super hot 🔥 and for as many item as we picked up reasonably priced.
If you live near this location and like it Marco's style I would recommend you order.“
“We love Marcos and the one in Hardin Valley is our favorite! They have an employee there named Maverick and he does it all! He is an amazing asset to their team, He always has a joke or a smile for us when we come to get our pizza!Our pizzas are always fresh, hot and intact, which is a huge plus for us!“
“I made a mistake on a pickup order on the app and the staff not only fixed the issue without complaint but gave me coupons to offset the cost. They didn't have to do this and went above and beyond. That's exemplary service. And the pizza was great too!“
“I ordered pizza and a 24oz Starry from Marcos Pizza via DoorDash for pick up. When I arrived I was greeted as I entered the store. My pizza was hot and ready. The store had apparently run out of 24oz bottles of Starry, so the employee gave me a 2 liter bottle instead and held the door open for me as I left. The BBQ chicken pizza was well made, perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. The customer service I received at Marcos was exceptional and the pizza was very good. You'll not go wrong ordering here.“
“Marcos is hands down my favorite pizza in Knoxville! The crust is perfectly crisp without being too hard, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff at the Ebenezer Rd location are always so sweet and friendly, which makes picking up my order a great experience every time.
I also really appreciate that their prices are reasonable, and they offer great discounts and freebies from time to time. My food is always ready on time, quick and easy to pick up, and piping hot when I get it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza and great service!“
