It's a little pricey $37 for 2 people to eat. However the food is great and customer service was exceptional. Everyone helped whenever I needed something quickly and with a smile even when they had a long line waiting to order. The manager was quick to accommodate us and get us a replacement when we said our sandwich was just too sweet for our tastes, no arguing, passing judgment, or excuses. Just hurried to the back to personally make us a fresh new sandwich. It is awesome to be treated so well in such a busy establishment. There were a few dirty tables around us but it was busy during an off peak hour so I assume that they were running on a smaller staff and as I was leaving I saw someone start wiping the tables down. We will definitely be back.

I had an issue with this place on my first visit...they kindly gave me a VIP card to try it again...upon presenting the card I was quickly recognized when I described my first visit...they treated me and my guest well...I had the Mempian sandwich and I must say it exceeded my expectations being a bit of a sandwich snob growing up in an Italian deli , my friend had the chicken salad it was quite nice he mentioned...all in all Mc Alisters made things right and I would definitely recommend their sandwiches....my first visit I had the salad ...I would definitely opt for the sandwich choice they have many offerings...

Sad salad. Chef salad was small, but spread out on a plate to appear large. Although the description states that it's on 'mixed greens', it was pretty much just the crappy, crunchy spine part of romaine lettuce and no nice leafy greens. Hardly any meat and it was shaved so it looked like a sprinkling of meat. I haven't been out to eat in years due to dietary restrictions. I was in from out of town and needed a bite. This place reminded me of why I never go out to eat anymore. Won't be back.

Had never been to McAllister’s before - and I’m older! A diverse menu of sandwiches, soups and salads.
Everything was really good. Prices reasonable. Nice seating (high and low tops). Food was really good.
I had a 6” melt that was more than enough. Friend with us took half of her sandwich home.
Wish they had sourdough or gluten-free bread as an option.
Really love the way they serve the food (super nice square plastic plates). And cardboard to-go boxes - not styrofoam.
