This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The wait is horrible every time I go, so if you see more than 3 cars in front of you expect to be there for 20 minutes if not more. Door dashed from them out of desperation and they not only didn’t give me a straw with an incorrect drink, they also didn’t give me a single one of the 3 sauces I order. Not to mention I can taste how old the oil is.

These guys hardly ever get my drive thru order correct despite it being placed on the app, meaning I have to park, go inside, and stand in the lobby for 10 minutes until someone behind the counter decides not to ignore me and fix it. Happens. Every. Time.

Everytime I've gone to this location there has been a long wait. The store is so inefficient that they have added more waiting parking spacing capacity.
The whole point of fast food is the convenience. Now that they have mobile ordering they have your money so you just can't drive off to find another place to eat. It's honestly not worth mobile ordering until you get to the location for discounts to determine if the wait is worth it until they fix their inefficient service.

Made my order via mobile app. Gave the code via Drive thru. Was told to pull around corner. Waited nearly an hour for food I had already paid for. They actually got everything right, but I've noticed this new pattern happening for probably a few months now, and it only happens when there is a certain crew with a blond lady manager. When trying to get information, the crew either in a rush and barely want to help you, rude or ignore you entirely. Any other time when they aren't part of that crew, everything is organized no matter how busy it is. Seeing the other reviews, I see that I am not the only one that has experienced this. I think what I will do before ordering from this location, I'm just going to walk inside and see who is in charge at the moment. If said crew is there, I'll take my business elsewhere. They need a team reform or something, because those ladies just aren't doing the job.

Worst in Knoxville, food is always cold or barely warm and they constantly screw your orders up.
As much as my family and I frequent this is establishment. The amount of times I get asked to pull around and have a wait time over 10 minutes. More than half the time I come in here something is always messed up whether the bun is too hard to consume or the fries are cold and stale. Most of the staff are rude there's only a few not even a handful of employees that are really decent. And half the time they don't want to give you a receipt so you cannot call and complain.

I got a ticket from happy parking it's a scam ,ridiculous & and very inconceivable that any company would buy a parking lot and rob people like they did apparently McDonald's sold the parking lot to that company. $89 for the first day after 24 hours it goes up. Would not recommend going there .it's just deceitful and greedy. The restaurant was unclean counters not wiped off. & Workers not friendly. If I could give it less than one store I would. KC
