Ordered waffles, eggs, bacon. Waffles came ice cold, bacon was all fat, service was good. Waffles were hotel waffles you can make yourself. I am a food critic.. 20.00 for waffles and eggs better be better perfect. Mimosa was a complete 0 was awful. Update from reviewMy spouse is very sick from the crabcakes that he had this morning. Whatever you do DON'T EAT HERE!!

I am very upset we made a reservation arrived at 11:30am that's what time we made our reservation we sat at our table for 30 minutes the hostess took our drink order, we waited politely for a while and got skipped over by one waitress so really I think the waitress we had didn't want to serve us

On a Sunday, around noon, amazed that the servers were able to handle our group of 20+ people so smooth and efficient. Wonderful staff. Thank you.

Annette was a wonderful server! She never stopped. The food was wonderful! I actually asked to talk to the manager because she was so nice. He was just as wonderful. People need to take the time to say thank you when others go out of their way to care for them! Thank you Mimi’s!!!

We found this restaurant on Google Maps, and we thought we would give it a try. We were pleased at the quality of the food and the service we received. We had the pot roast and ciabatta chicken sandwich. Portions were hearty and filling, and we are glad we chose here!

Title: A Catastrophe at Mimi's Cafe - A One-Star ExperienceIn my extensive history of dining out, I have never been compelled to write such a harsh review until my visit to Mimi's Cafe, which was an absolute catastrophe from start to finish. Our 4 PM arrival was the beginning of a series of unfortunate events. The service was excruciatingly slow, leaving us parched and repeatedly requesting water, which seemed to be an inconceivable task for the staff to remember. When we were presented with plates for bread, they were disgustingly dirty, as if they had only been given a cursory wipe from a previous patron's use.As if the service wasn't disheartening enough, the food quality was on par with the dismal service. My husband's soup was unbearably spicy, a fact we politely brought to the server's attention. They offered to replace it with another option, and we decided on the tomato basil, hoping it would be a safer choice. Unfortunately, it was terrible—bland and unappetizing, and we just gave up on it. Our waitress, perhaps sensing our growing discontent, offered to remove it from our bill, a small consolation for the accumulating shortcomings. However, even this small gesture was a false promise, as when the shift manager unceremoniously deposited our bill at the table, the soup was still listed. When we inquired about the discrepancy, she nonchalantly informed us that Mimi's Cafe does not comp for poor food quality or bad service. Really? It was a statement so shockingly blunt and unapologetic that it felt like a slap in the face.To say that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Mimi's Cafe would be a gross understatement. It is clear that they do not value their patrons or the basic principles of hospitality. The shift manager's attitude was the rotten cherry on top of an already spoiled sundae.I would warn any potential customers to avoid Mimi's Cafe at all costs. There is a fundamental flaw in an establishment that not only fails to meet the bare minimum standards for food and service but also refuses to acknowledge or rectify their failings when given the opportunity.Save your money and your appetite for a restaurant that respects its customers and knows the meaning of service.

I have dined here alone, as part of a couple, with my family and with a group of friends. The service is always great, the food fresh with a lovely presentation and delicious. Definitely grab some muffins to take home for breakfast! You can order breakfast any time of day. They also have regular and seasonal menus. I will admit the breakfast potatoes are not my favorite, but I'm more of a hash browns kind of girl. Everything else has been excellent. My friends raved about the desserts. It's a comfortable bistro atmosphere and appropriate for any age or occasion.Dietary restrictions: They don't use MSG and will be very attentive to dietary needs.Parking: Usually plenty of parking close to the entrance except at peak times.Kid-friendliness: I have seen kids of all ages here. They have booths, tables with chairs and high chairs. Sorry, I didn't think to see if they had booster seats.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance has a gradual incline and may be a little bumpy. The hallway to the bathroom may be a little narrow if people need to pass.

Wasted time & money.Rude waitress and manager. What the menu states IS NOT what you get with your meal. You are given a choice of protein, clearly stated on the menu, and by our waitress. When our meal came, we inquired where the protein was (ham), and told you don't get a protien. Not only did the waitress rattle off the protein choices but it's clearly stated on their menu.Manager comes out and says there are MANY mistakes on the new menu but it's too costly to reprint. When we suggested that they black out these mistakes, so others don't get confused, we were asked to leave.Horrible customer service.Never raised our voices, simply inquired. What happened to customer service? So much easier to go get a $1.00 piece of ham, then it is to argue with a customer that the menu is printed wrong, and it's "not their fault".Be aware!

Hostesses were rude, did not have are reservation told we would have to wait 40 minutes. Manager found reservation. 2 of 3 orders were wrong and had to be returned. Chicken dry and bread for sandwich was over toasted. Birthday brunch very disappointing. Would not eat here again.

We love Mimi's! Our huge family frequently does lunch after church on Sundays and we even had Thanksgiving by Mimi's awesome take-and-bake meal. Thank you for becoming a family tradition for us. -The Ike
