No customers in line, every table is nasty. When we came in, we had to choose the cleanest dirty table. All trash cans are full out the brim. Yes, they have been busy, but this is ridiculous!

This is, quite literally, the amount of chips I got. That picture is of the bag right after I opened it. To be clear, we ordered three full meals for three adult humans, and each of us got a bag that weighed next to nothing. Basically they halved the amount of chips that normally comes with one meal and divided it out. Maybe they were running low, or maybe they’ve been told to cut costs, or maybe the staff was higher than usual. Either way, this is BS.

Food was great. Had some trouble with my app but they made it right!

I never got to actually order because I walked in at 8:30 and the young lady behind the counter that was sweeping gave me the death stare and rather than bless her out I decided to leave. I could understand if I walked in five minutes before they close. If you wanna close early, I would just lock the door so no one can come in. I will not be back.

If you get Marshall as your cashier, you are in for a treat. He is wonderful and funny. He is the kindest, most respectful, and overall enchanting. The food was pretty good.

Came in with my service dog and nobody on staff knew how to handle us. They asked me questions they legally can't ask amd treated me poorly. The manager on duty said he'd have to wait for him to call his manager for approval for us to stay, so we left and went somewhere else.

Bunch of rude high schoolers working there, extremely rude little kid with earrings. Texting on his phone with our food sitting in front of him. because we came in at 8:30 PM and they close at 9 PM. Won’t be going back

Moe's gives generous generous heaps of meat cheeses! Anythin you want on your burritos, you get!
they don't hold back! Haha. My boyfriend Joey absolutely loved Moe's. As did I.
Although I do wish they had explained to me why they kept asking me if I was sure I wanted my sour cream on top of my quesdilla...
I found out when I got home. It was stuck to my foil.. Ugghh I was not thinking I was assuming it would go into a container and not be wrapped and contact with the sour cream.. If someone had just said something then I'd realized and said oh no no just put it on the inside.
But not one employee said anything. Just gave each other looks instead of saying we're asking bec if you put sour cream on top, it'll get all over the foil.. I didn't realize, i thought it'd be in a container because that is how I got it last time. Sooo for that I'm giving 4 stars to service but otherwise. Moe's will fill you up the steak the chicken is real and not rubbery and it's just a taste explosion in your mouth. So delicious! ❤️

Absolutely poor sanitary conditions. All the food looked old and dry from sitting. The floor were disgusting most of the tables still had food on them from other customers. The staff seemed as if your presence bothered them. Just a lazy crew in general. Im currently writing this from the bathroom stall

Very great experience. Food wasn't priced too high. The food was fantastic. Service was polite, fast, and helpful. The menu was easy to read and understand. The dining room was clean. The restrooms were clean. The salsa bar was phenomenal. Everything tasted fresh! The staff were very polite and friendly. They had highchairs for my infant and booths for family dining. Their parking was sufficient and the place was well lit. I recommend
