This is a great little spot, if you're a dog lover, the bar is actually named after the owners dog!!! The bar staff is great and very accommodating. Natasha goes above and beyond. Highly suggest for a local hang out spot!

Monkey’s is a true neighborhood bar, with an amazing cocktail program and snacks. They’ll also do fun pop up nights with pizza or other foods. Also, the owner and staff are some of the most genuine people who really love what they do. Can’t recommend it highly enough for happy hour, a night out, trivia, anything - it’ll be a great time.

Make conversation with the locals or grab a comfortable spot to read by yourself (or read in a group! They have book club!) - either way, it’s exactly what you’re looking for. They are always hosting a variety of events and genuinely care that you’re there to chill. Worth a stop in or becoming a regular.

The vibe is laid-back, inclusive, welcoming, and just the right amount of lively. Whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or staying for the night, you’re in good hands here. Highly recommend! If you’re lucky you’ll meet Mr.Monkey himself but warning he will get you with the puppy dog eyes.

Stopped in one night while visiting town for a job interview, started talking to regulars, the staff--met the owner and was welcomed with conversation and friendship. Moved here a month later and the rest is history.
Grab a friend and head over to enjoy a relaxed space where conversation is plenty and the vibes are always supportive. If you're lucky, Monkey is there too!
