We will never go back! Worst date night experience ever. I had a hair in my salad which was never even apologized for. The place was filthy with splattered food on the wall of our booth. We are gluten-free and notified our server and the hostess; we were served food with gluten multiple times which had to be sent back to the kitchen and remade. Matthew was an awesome server. Gave us the good and the bad review of his fav choices. Was even quick to correct a mistake brought out. Loved the time with my hubby we rarely get away and this was a great experience. Loved the flower and ambience of the restaurant. Was really warm but got cooled off in between so dress lightly. Food was light and wonderful. Sauces amazing! Passed expectations on the experience which I feel is what you are paying for.
So I called over a month ago and put in a reservation for the melting pot. I listed it for my bday & Vday, and ended up getting married so we were gonna do a big celebratory and your company has ruined it. I called 2 weeks ago to check on my reservation because I had yet not heard anything. And lone and behold it was never put in. So I got put on the wait list (AFTER I CALLED & BOOKED AN ACTUAL RESERVATION)…. I called today on Valentines and apparently I was off the wait list…...read full review
