An interesting experience. Food was tasty but not necessarily filling in a satisfying way. The waitress was charming and positively boyuant. The atmosphere was reminiscent of an operating theater or maybe a labyrinth, but secluded and romantic.Vegetarian options: Only a few vegetarian options; wild mushroom ravioli and impossible pompets, which I think is a misnomer since they're pretending to be meat. Oh, I get it now, that's the impossible part.Parking: Try under the interstate parking, it is both free and has this really cool like Gotham vibe.

We came for our 5 year anniversary. Our server was autumn & she was absolutely wonderful. Very sweet, very knowledgable, great personality. We did The Bigger Night Out for Two, and it was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend the flaming turtle for dessert. I had a love martini, and it was delicious. One of my favorite drinks yet. Service was great, food was wonderful, drinks were marvelous.

First time reviewer, I have to say some of the best food I had for the price. My server was prompt with everything and always checked up on us my cup never left empty, my food was always there, definitely some of the best service I had in awhile the place is in a cool underground restaurant so you get a classic feeling while dining. I will definitely be going back for some more Wisconsin cheese fondue! Always enjoyed the Melting Pot for a special occasion. Bought my parents a dinner there recently to celebrate my mom finishing her chemo. Sprung for the romance package.. Said they had the best dinner out they've had in a long time. Service, food, drinks--everything was perfect. Thanks for taking care of my folks Melting Pot, it really means a lot.

Wonderful night out, Jameson made our 1st experience here awesome. He was very knowledgeable about his job and answered any questions we had.Parking: We parked near the interstate bridge and walked to the restaurant, not too far away. Street parking but all spots not free.

We went to Melting Pot Knoxville for my grandson and my birthday celebration. We went all out and had a great time. Brooke R our server was the best. She made sure we were well taken care of. Would recommend Brooke and Melting Pot for celebrations. Go check them out.
Just your friendly reminder that this restaurant's GM is STILL a terrible person who fired many people then tried to say they all quit when some of them tried to get unemployment. (They got fired for being unhappy with the toxic and unsafe environment(s)) Also the owner knows the building is disgusting, molding, growing actual mushrooms, dripping, has no ventilation, etc. And just chooses to spend his money on vacationing instead of fixing any of it. If you go to this location go for the servers and nice bathroom, otherwise you'll be left empty-handed.Just like to keep updating because Sandy West thinks she can drown out the truth with repetitive fake reviews, sort of like she tried to do to the employees! ❤️I recommend the banana's foster for dessert. ✌️Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely none.

My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary and we were amazed at how much we actually enjoyed it. The waitress was amazing, patient and was very informative. Our waitress was Jess and we would’ve been lost without her help! Very friendly as well!
