We picked this restaurant for lunch in Knoxville downtown. We ordered cook food, instead of sushi and the restaurant was not prepared to serve hot food. They took an hour to prepared our plates
Food is suuuuper Mid. Edamame was drowning in salt, which usually is a good thing but in this case, made it so I couldn’t taste the vegetable itself at all.
From there I took a chance at ordering the “chef special” sushi in which the chef gets to decide what roll to make. The roll that came out seemed to be a hodge podge of whatever was in the kitchen at the time. The flavors didn’t mix together, and the textures made it unpleasant to eat. Was starving...

Service was a bit slow especially for sushi. Plus Usually there's a complementary clear soup at most sushi spots. I don't think they were exceptionally busy around the time.
