The food quality has gone downhill from where it was in the past. The drink machine is always broken or leaking all over the floor. And the service is hit or miss at times.
So they had absolutely no soda in the fountain unless you wanted diet or sugar free soda and they brought someone else's order to our table and served it to us and then when I informed them that it wasn't ours instead of making new order for that customer they just gave them the order indicated had already forked around in. Be cautious there was no care of the restaurant or their customers
This place is great. The selection of dishes, even though it's all noodle based meals are great. I have yet to order anything that I didn't like. The Spicy Korean Steak were very good, not as spicy as they described which was good. The Mac and Cheese dishes are always great. Try the Buttery Parmesan Noodle with chicken. But the best dish that they got, by far, is the Pad Thai. This is my go to dish and I'll go back and forth with it, chicken one time, shrimp the next. Even without an added protein, with just the fried egg it's great.
It’s fast food with a different flare that’s what sets it apart.
The Korean steak noodles was great. And the service was fast. Fair prices also.
To grab a quick meal, this is a great place. Just my usual has become unusually small, and the taste has changed. Still would go maybe just had an off day.
Great food as usual. I always get the Pasta Fresca. I got a Med Salad to take home.
Truly not impressed. The restaurant was disgusting. Bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in a month. The booths and dividers were sticky and gross. The price for a family to eat was a bit much, considering we could eat at a sit-down restaurant for the same price. And honestly the food was mediocre. We have had better noodles at home in a freezer bag.
Always a must-go place when I visit Knoxville! The menu has changed a bit since last time I visited but the Pasta Fresca was delicious! The balsamic vinaigrette was perfectly tangy and provided the perfect offset to go with the garlic and parmesan. Definitely would get it again!
To-go order was missing an entree, but after being contacted, they made it right.
Food was delicious, as always - but sad they’ve removed zoodles from the menu.

One of the worst meals/experiences I’ve had in a long time. The whole place had a horrible dirty smell. None of the tables were clean and there was a spilled liquid throughout the whole dining room. For some reason I decided to still eat there since it was a childhood favorite. The food came about 15 min later and the noodles were barely cooked and the flavor was off. Never dining here again.
It's premise, and execution are sublime. If you want a gourmet variation of a pasta/macaroni dish, this is the place to get it. Delicious, and the service was fun, friendly, and helpful navigating their many many different options.
I like Noodles. They do a good job, food is good and the place is clean. Food is a little pricey.
The Grrwn Goddess Salad was amazing.
It took longer than it should have to prepare the salad but it was great.
Noodles were barely warm. Chicken tasted good, but was disappointed in the butter noodles and Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
