The atmosphere is drab and in disrepair. The cooler was broken so the apple juice for my daughter was warm. The food was low quality and a small amount for a very expensive price.

Found a chunk of hard black plastic in my salad. Told and showed the staff at the front about it and suggested they check the kitchen for anything broken. At least they apologized.

We stop occasionally at Noodles and Co and the service is always garbage, however, this branch was great! Staff was super friendly, they’re well staffed, and the areas were very clean. We were really impressed and our food was great. I had a uber eats order and i waited a hour for somebody to tell me that somebody took my food and they could not remake it they said i had to call the store or cancel so i called the store twice and no answer i spent 30 dollars on food and they could not remake it i think that

By far one of the best spots to eat in the West Knoxville area. The food is amazing and the staff is incredible. Between the great food, amazing atmosphere, and friendly staff, this is my go to spot for good vibes and even better pasta.
