O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

This location is NOT great!
Ordered the potato soup, it was gross. Took 2 bites and put it aside. Waitress never asked me about it or if I wanted a Togo box.
Waitress was busy with a friend.
I spoke to the manager who barely acknowledged the issue, didn't ask me any questions and seemed annoyed that I was complaining.
I won't be going back to that location EVER!

Wish we still had an O'Charley's in Kingsport. It was always good. And this location didn't disappoint. It was great as well. Not sure what's going on with these restaurants. It was dead when we went. Place was clean, good service, and good food. Not sure why it wasn't busier.

Ordered the new sandwich that comes with the Au Jus…French dip I believe it was called. When it was delivered to our table, I noticed right away that the bread had green mold on it. The waitress and the Gen Mgr that was there that night were both appalled and made sure to remake my order and comp it…and it turned out to be one of the best items I’ve had from there! I know things happen and they definitely made up for it! Just wish there would’ve been quality control by looking at the plate before serving it to us. When I was a waitress, I ALWAYS did this.

Let me start by saying. I love O'Charley's, but this visit wasn't the best, their chicken strips must have either been bad or under cooked, I got sick shortly after eating there and stayed sick for a solid week with diarrhea and terrible stomach pain.. I will probably go back again at some point, but I'll never eat their chicken of any kind again.

I would honestly shut this place down. Me and my nephew went to lunch here on Monday. The hostess was sullen almost as if she didn't want to be there, how can a restaurant want to have her name is/ was Tammy as the face of O'Charleys is beyond me. The bright spot was Eric the server, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Then we got our food, I ordered the French Dip, it was beyond past it's expiration date, my nephew ordered the garlic steak pasta, his beef was also past it's expiration date. We did not have to pay for the food. However no management ever got involved. It was the worst restaurant experience I've had in over 20 years.

I think this place is going to go out of business. Friday night and the place was a ghost town. My wife's food had to be sent back. It was way underdone.

Over all experience was great! Waitress (long sandy blonde hair and real pretty blue eyes. Didnt see a name badge.) Was phenominal. Very sweet, super good manners, polite, right on time. Food was also good. Wasnt too busy so that was a plus.

In the 30 years I have been eating here I've never had a bad meal. The baked potatoes are fresh and they have the best salads ever. They have amazing steaks! I will keep going back.

By far the best Wendys I have ever been to. Friendly staff, quick service, and great food.

Paid $30 for a Louisiana Steak… Got a Salad.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I ordered a Louisiana Steak from here through Uber Eats — almost $30 for the steak alone. We waited over an hour for our food to show up… only for them to send me a salad. No steak. No explanation. Just a sad little salad sitting in a box where my $30 steak was supposed to be.

If you’re thinking about ordering from this place, just know you might spend steakhouse money and end up eating rabbit food. Absolutely ridiculous.
