I’m not sure when they changed the potato soup recipe but unfortunately it’s really gross. I used to absolutely live for this soup, but the two times I’ve had it, it has been a huge disappointment.

Has O’Charleys changed the recipe of their potato soup or did they scrape this off the bottom of the pot add a bunch of cheese and forget to warm it up before they served it? The service was great. The biscuits were hot. The cheese sticks were also undercooked. What is going on? :(

Had a great meal with friends, appetizers and timely delivery of the courses to follow. Our glass was always full.

As an update, we had dinner tonight. We were greeted and sat promptly, plenty of tables for 7 pm.

Server started perfect, attentive and patient. But as soon as the order was given, no more server. Salads came, then before the Mrs had half eaten her salad, her dinner came, mine did not, because grilled chicken takes much longer to cook than tenders, which given the thicjnes of the tenders and breast, I would say it sounded good to her but was not correct. Someone else brought my dinner amd then...crickets. no bread, no water refill, salad bowls with forks across lay in the way, and with no other visit we ate our entire dinner. Once our plates were empty, the Mrs. Needed a Togo box, we looked and looked. We talked about several household items to add to tomorrow shopping list, still no server. 6, maybe 7 minutes later she came by and said, Here is your check, just let me know when you are ready and I'll take it. No offer for dessert or a drink of water. We simply waited until she returned two trips later with our Togo box, paid with QR code...props for good system there O Charley's, and left. And she turned and looked back er she drove out of sight saying Merry Christmas, come back and see me.

I am utterly disgusted. I didn't even get to the point of being greeted by a server due to going to the restroom and having the displeasure of watching a cockroach crawl all over the trash can beside the toilet. I walked to my table gathered my things showed a staff member and left immediately. You all need to fix that problem I will also be forwarding the images I have to a health inspector and have them come out to ensure that the roaches haven't infested the food. 🤮🤮🤮

My daughter and I were in Knoxville for soccer and decided to eat at O’Charleys. Yvette was absolutely amazing. The food was perfect. People don’t often take time to acknowledge good experiences and this was one of the best meals out we’ve had in years. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst meal ever. We went on a Friday to have soup and salad special, that we’ve had so many times over the past decade. Nope. They don’t do that on Fridays. Are you for real???? Place was empty for a lunch time. Our waiter Troy was amazing and really helped us. Oh had the loaded potato soup & Caesar salad.

Really disappointed the potato soup was horrible. They tried to charge my friend for a tsp of honey WTH he just had a procedure and we ordered some hot tea for his throat. R we that hard up. UPDATE I think I got food poisoning from the soup. Terribly sick all night had to miss work ty O Charley's

The service was amazing! They were very welcoming to my autistic toddler and him bringing his McDonald's in with him. Food was okay, but the staff made up for it by going above and beyond with my son.
