I’m not sure when they changed the potato soup recipe but unfortunately it’s really gross. I used to absolutely live for this soup, but the two times I’ve had it, it has been a huge disappointment.

Has O’Charleys changed the recipe of their potato soup or did they scrape this off the bottom of the pot add a bunch of cheese and forget to warm it up before they served it? The service was great. The biscuits were hot. The cheese sticks were also undercooked. What is going on? :(

Had a great meal with friends, appetizers and timely delivery of the courses to follow. Our glass was always full.
As an update, we had dinner tonight. We were greeted and sat promptly, plenty of tables for 7 pm.
Server started perfect, attentive and patient. But as soon as the order was given, no more server. Salads came, then before the Mrs had half eaten her salad, her dinner came, mine did not, because grilled chicken takes much longer...
