For starters, I’m not much of a reviewer, especially a bad one… but Today, after picking my mother up from her hospital stay, we decided to come here to eat, it was around 4:30ish. The place wasn’t very busy at all, plenty of seating. We were seated and waited around 10 mins before anyone came to the table to even greet us and get our drink orders. (Thought nothing of it at this time) our waiter was Santana (I believe was his name). He came and apologized for the wait, didn’t do what a “normal” waiter would have done and introduced himself or really any table side manner. Anyways, we continued to overlook this thinking maybe he was just having a bad day. Because his attitude / demeanor , was not friendly at all, he was very rushed to get away like. We really noticed it when other customers started coming in and he seemed friendly and smiles with them, yet almost as if he was “too good” to serve us or something, maybe because you could tell my mom had just gotten out of the hospital ? . I’m not sure. Our drinks never got refilled until the very end when we had to ask for to go drinks. Today was free pie Wednesday and he seemed so irritated when we asked him about getting ours to go. The only smile he had was when we left I said “I hope you have a better night” and he replied with “you too.” Aside from that, our food was “eh”. The steak ordered had came out not nearly cooked to medium as asked (which he did get fixed after having to ask other staff to please find our server) because he had not came back. The chicken tenders were decent, but the fries were hard like they had been sitting out a while. The rolls were good as per usual but asking for another basket seemed like too much to ask for by the looks of it. Chicken parm was decent. We spent $75 on this meal, along with a $50 to go order. A smile and friendliness goes a very long way, you never know what kind of day someone is having.
Atmosphere very nice. Service was ok, smiling faces but definitely favored a specific table over other customers. Chicken tenders were cardboard like. Pasta was undercooked and was dry.
Our waitress, Jessica was super sweet and quick to serve us. The food was good andit was all around a nice dinner date location. I learned this location does trivia night every Tuesday at 6:30pm. We will definitely be back, not for the trivia game though haha
Service was all that could be asked for. Chicken tenders better than all others so far. Mac & cheese better than expected. My darling spouse loves the asparagus, Who else offers that?? Who?? Meatloaf however disappointed. Also was disappointed to find no senior discount after seeing on the web that some locations do offer it.
We arrived about 30 minutes before closing. The couple next to us was complaining about their food. Waitress was very nice and got them something else. When our food came, it was also bad. Ribs with almost no meat, just fat. It was closing time and there was no use complaining at this point. I had green beans that tasted straight out of the can and baked potato that tasted off. Might have been the butter or sour cream. Could not recommend any of the food we had but waitress was nice.

Everything is disgusting! Service is horrible! Pepperjack cheese wedges are the worst now. They are NOT made with pepperjack cheese anymore and taste like they are fried in old fishy/shrimp grease. Steaks have a very disgusting texture (not like a real steak). The staff is rude from the moment you walk in. The hostess is rude and waiters and waitresses are even ruder! I will never return!

We’ve always enjoyed O Charley's and the Turkey Creek location has been our go to. Not anymore and this saddens me. It’s not worth the risk for our dollars and time. The last few times have been sub par and today was terrible. Our party of four adults arrived midday to a less than busy place. We waited about 5 minutes before being noticed by the host, who did NOT greet us but instead complained that he couldn’t find menus. He mumbled for us to follow him as he walked to a table and never looked at us- he tapped the table so we assumed that meant ‘sit’ so we did. A few minutes later he brought us menus without a word. After several more minutes an annoyed waitress came to us to take our drink orders again without a greeting nor smile. She brought us stale bread & no plates - it seemed pointless to ask for a replacement and she didn’t ask why we left the bread, which had been one of our favorite things there. We waited over a half hour for our food and not once was checked on. When we got it, it was over cooked and incorrect. We paid our bill- and left a tip anyway since it’s Christmas but unless we hear MUCH has changed, we won’t be back.
Kid-friendliness: Has kid menus and high chairs

Trivia at this location was great and enjoyable other than that worst experience we’ve ever had.
Our waitress was rude, orders wrong, ran out of drinks, had to ask multiple times for things and last would not apply our $10 off since it was Wednesday and you get pie. Was told you can’t combine the two so we asked to take the pie off and was told she couldn’t because she already put in for it.

Went out to eat with the family and our food was fairly good and place was nice but our server Heather was something terrible. She acted like she was on something and completely forgot about us several times. She came back in from break wreaking of marijuana. Completely uncalled for and so disrespectful. Will not be back.

First of all, every employee we had contact with was supremely nice and welcoming. I had the chicken sandwich and it was perfection. The house margarita was not the usual watered down version you would expect to get for $5. You could actually taste the tequila. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and will make this a regular on our visits shopping in Turkey Creek.

Ordered food online to eat after work. Fried fish was very small and over cooked. Broccoli was burnt and my rolls were hard. Ordered a peach lemonade and received a peach tea. Very disappointed with the food and service.

Brandon is one of the kindest and most hospitable waiters I’ve ever come across. The food was perfect. I had the Grilled chicken breast w/ asparagus and sweet mashed potatoes. Chicken was juicy while the asparagus had the right amount of crisp. I always get the sweet mash for my other side of any entree, it’s basically dessert!! This is by far the best O’Charley’s location. 10/10
