Do not I repeat do not order to go from them I never have good food from them when I do my wife love this place and I like it just not Togo this food to expensive for to be bs when u get it to go I could have went to Wendy's and got a better chicken sandwich than what I got here very disappointed and the outback to go worker's Wonder why I don't tip

My partner and I frequent Outback restaurants (they are our “safe” option). We were not disappointed at all with choosing this location! Our server Abby was amazing, she was very enthusiastic and just in general amazing at her job. Our cook did phenomenal, I must say the shrimp was grilled to perfection.It was some of the best food I’ve had out of the knox and even sevier county Oubacks. Not sure what crew you had in on 7/16/25 around 4pm, but KEEP THEM! (If anyone from that crew see’s this, keep up the good work!)

Our server was amazing - he went above and beyond!
We were excited about the 3-course meal deal, so we both ordered a sirloin, baked potato, and cheesecake. Both steaks were quite fatty and the potatoes weren't cooked properly (the skin was wrinkled and you couldn't even cut through it). The cheesecake was delicious, though, and my daughter got the koala drink, which she loved.
Unfortunately, we will probably be marking Outback off of our list since this hasn't been the first time we were disappointed with the quality of the food.

Alfredo sauce was extremely watered down, the chicken in it was cold. And I had to ask for bread which is normally complementary and ended up really sick less than an hour later.

Blooming burger was burnt. Kitchen tried to cover it up with cheese and onions. I didn't eat it. Thanks for the salad and bread. Plus 45 minutes only to be disappointed.

Flavor and portions were okay. Our server was attentive. With reservation, we arrive 5 min early and waited 15 min. Meal was VERY slow to come out of kitchen. Will not be returning.

It's been awhile since my husband and I dined here. There's a reason this location has been here for so long. Everything was superb. ..from the greeting to the service. We were promptly seated. All of the food was great..from the warm bread and crisp fresh tasting salad to my succulent filet mignon and delicious lobster tail. This was our 32 wedding anniversary and the meal was great. Also cute new updates to the drink menu. I got the Koala Punch..a cute fruity pink rum drink with an adorable matching keepsake rubber ducky koala chilling on the top.
