I was born and raised in NYC. This place is definitely NY style Chinese takeout. It's my favorite place to eat Chinese Takeout. It's hard to explain what NY style tastes like if you have never had it, but give this place a try if you can. I think it's the best on in Knoxville.

It was okay. The General Tsos had “spice levels”, I chose medium and it wasn’t hot at all. Also the chicken wasn’t that tender, however the food was PIPING HOT. The Vegetable Fried Rice was DELICIOUS!! I LOVE how they make it without Mushrooms! We came here super late at night, and we were super happy they were still open. We also enjoyed their choice of drinks! They had the newest of the new! Like the Cranberry Cherry Ginger Ale!! Which was Fantastic. KEVIN took our order and he was awesome and super charismatic. Even talking to us about his little baby, and the similarities they share of being a year and a half!
The place was well organized and pretty clean! Had everything that you need! And VERY FAIR prices. The won tons are delicious and generous portions of sweet and sour sauce! They even allow you to upgrade your rice for only One Dollar more. Thank you so much!
Also They are Kid Friendly. They have High Chairs!!

Service was horrible, very rude what taking my order, when my order was ready she said nothing she said it on the table and walked to where I had to ask if this was mine. All I got was a head nod. The chicken and the broccoli chicken tasted like you had been boiled it was very chewy and just just not good... The broccoli however was tender everything else though very very poor

I have been to Panda Garden a few times. I ate in store once, got take out a few times and got delivery for the first time tonight.
For the price, it's the best value as far as take out and delivery goes. As you see from the photos, you get a plethora of food for around $25-$30 and it's probably the cheapest you'll get through a delivery service.
The food is good, but not great. The value is exceptional for the amount you get and is always hot, fresh and quick. The mains are quite decent, however they overload them with cheaper veg like onion and green pepper.
I was not fond of the Hot and Sour soup, it a weird greasy film and I didn't taste good at all. The Lo Mein needles are a bit thick and have zero taste. The fried rice is not your traditional fried rice, it's pretty much just brown rice of sorts.
In conclusion, average at best. Nice price and decent food if you are feeding a family and want something different without breaking the bank. If you're connoisseur of Chinese cuisine, skip it Kudos to them for giving an affordable option and again, it's not horrible.

Hot and sour soup was delicious. General Tso's chicken was barely edible: spongy and over cooked.

It’s a crapshoot whether your order is right here. Completely left off two egg rolls and the twice cooked pork turned out to be ham and Chinese vegetables. Sometimes it’s really good, sometimes it’s a fire drill.
The General Tao chicken was excellent. Very very delicious and I can't wait to go back.

Ordered 2 meals and although the food was pretty good ,afterward we both had extreme dry mouth and a numb feeling in tounge and lips.No idea what that was all about and kinda scary..
