This had been hands down my favorite Chinese food in the Knoxville area for close to 20 years. It's been a while since I was here last and it's not the same. All meals used to be served with pork fried rice, now just plain fried rice. Portions were enough to either last for several meals or to split a meal with another person but now it's just enough for 1 person to make 1 meal. I stopped here with my husband and Mother-in-law and wow. The food was amazing and we all have enough from a combo meal each to all eat another two or three times!!! Even my mother-in-law gave samples of her orange chicken and bragged on how delicious it was. My husband got the Bourbon Chicken and I got my all time favorite Moo Goo Gai Pan. The egg rolls are double size!!! We are so pleasantly stuffed and smiling ear to ear. We all 3 recommend Panda Garden to everyone who wants...

I ordered delivery and it was done quickly. The shrimp with vegetables had a brown sauce and there was way too much of it. The general tsao was decent and crispy...dark meat so keep that in mind. The fried rice wasn't typical to authentic Chinese but it was fine. Overall a decent place but not the best. Lunch specials are a good deal.
