NICEST STAFF / BEST & CLEANEST PANERA that I have been to! There was even one female employee that on more than one occasion was always offering to help, to take away the dishes & trash from our tables, etc. I am a rewards member and been coming to Panera since 2005, and I have been all over the country to Panera, and this is definitely the best one!
I can't say enough good about the this Panera!! I had oral surgery this morning so ordered dinner for both me & my husband, but when he went to pick it up, they couldn't find the order. I had accidentally submitted the order for tomorrow night instead of tonight. The Manager (sorry! my husband didn't catch your name) & Marcus gladly moved the order to tonight & immediately prepared our food. Definitely going to be at the top of our list of our go-to's!
My husband picked up breakfast for us this morning, he got confused on where to pick up and the cashier he spoke to wasn’t helpful.
Also very disappointed in the Asiago bagel I got, looks nothing like it should. I worked for Panera years ago and this would not be an acceptable product to sell.
