Papa John's in Knoxville

“Pizza is all in the sauce!! Papa Johns has great sauce. I love their large thin crust pizza!!!! The crust thin, but not so thin that when you pick it up everything falls off. Some pizza places make thin crust so thin that you don't even enjoy it! The employees are very friendly and helpful! It appears to be clean and efficient.“

“Okay, hear me out, this may be the best Papa John’s on the planet. My boyfriend and I walked in around 10pm after traveling all day. I hadn’t been inside a fast food style pizza chain in AGES, they held the door open for us, greeted us with smiles immediately and everyone working there seemed so happy! We were staring at the menu, so hungry we didn’t even know what we were looking at and one of their awesome employees said “You’re standing in front of three people who know way more about pizza then those menus” and then proceeded to help us customize the PERFECT pizza!!!!!! They chatted with us while we waited and even offered us plates and a pile of napkins as we left. I will think about this Papa John’s and their team for a long time. Dominos could never. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quick pizza and outstanding people in Knoxville.“

“Two different times in the past month I went in for a pickup order. One was last night at about 10:45 and the other was a few weeks ago, both picked up inside. The one a few weeks ago I was greeted by a younger guy brown hair, almost looked like a model as weird as that sounds, but he was super kind even opened the box to make sure it looked good. Older gentlemen last night asked if we were placing an order and was very kind about it which typically places aren’t if you come in that late. Told him I was picking up, he made sure i got all my food and even my extra garlic butter. Really appreciate the customer service here, plus food has been amazing both times.“

Called manager , no fuss or anything. Said I’ll get it remade and sent out

Delivery driver called me when they got there to make sure I was good to go and got the pizza to me within 20 minutes

Will eat here again and continue to leave fat tips for the awesome service“

Jacob from this location delivered our food tonight, I left on the delivery instructions that I was sick and to please leave food at the door. Not only did Jacob do that, he left a very thoughtful messages “ hope you feel better soon!”. This is personable and will definitely drive me to order from here every time I want a pizza! “We were staying in a resort that was very large (over 1000 units). Our pizza was absolutely great and our delivery person did a great job of picking it up and finding us. He was so nice and his efforts were top notch. Would definitely order again!“

“I ordered four large pizzas late Sunday evening, Father’s Day. Several people at my home commented how much they liked the pizza, especially the veggie pizza, all four were regular crusts. It was ready and waiting and staff was polite. Will be back!“

“It's been very frustrating this was the only papa Johns that delivered to my apartments and we had just gotten an order delivered a few days before I called this time and just out of nowhere they say they don't all a sudden deliver to my address anymore which kind of made me upset they can see they have never had a problem with payments from my address yes I've had problems with my food being delivered a few times but it would've been nice for a heads up“
