This store is the best. Only had one mistake since weve been ordering from them ( since they opened) and they took care of it. They are also the kindest people from the person who answers the phone to the delivery person. We truly appreciate your good professional service.
They are fairly quick, and the food is good. I can't really complain.
The store is very clean and the employees are polite and considerate. I put in an online order to pick up at 8:15 and it was made right on time. In my opinion, one of the best Papa John's in Knoxville.
