This was one of the best Papa John pizzas that I have had. I order monthly from a different location, but since I was in the East Knoxville area I placed my first order with this store. First and last time ordering knox east papa John's. We drove to the store and picked them up. They were COLD! I don't think they even tried to keep them warm. They cooked them, and set em to the side. Must have left them out in the open.We were on time to pick them up, so this was inexcusable.Never againAnd the parking lot is pitch black. What a huge disappointment. 2 stars because I'm being generous!
