Stopped here to wait out a crazy storm and got some of the freshest, crispiest nuggets ever!
Employees on their phone and very slow service!
5 employees stood around and ignored me. I finally asked if I'd be more likely to get service in drive thru and was told theyd be there in a minute. Still ignored while they goofed off in plain site of the counter. I selected tea from the beverage machine but it tasted old or like the machine hadnt been cleaned in a long time, moldy. Didn't drink it. Worst Wendy's Ive been to. At least the bathroom was clean.

Wendy's, a popular fast-food restaurant, offers a variety of meals and a generally mixed dining experience. While some customers enjoy their visits, others have encountered issues. One customer praised the friendly staff, especially Tessa, who made them feel welcomed and provided excellent service, making their visit enjoyable despite usually disliking Wendy's. The lobby is always very clean, and the people behind the counter are friendly and courteous. However, some customers have reported that the restaurant can be quite busy around 4 pm, with a lot of activity.
Food quality varies; some customers have found their burgers to be undercooked, cold, or skimpy on condiments, sometimes sitting for a while before being served. Fries are often hot and fresh, which can save a meal. The drinks area is sometimes a bit dirty, especially during busy times. One customer mentioned their cheeseburger melting in their mouth and the french fries being perfect, but others found the burgers tough and lacking flavor. Overall, Wendy's provides a varied experience, with some meals being great and others less satisfying.
