I ordered the Big Papa and received it late and cold. The crust was ordered thin and I got that but it was rubbery and not crisp like you think it would be. The toppings were not flavorful either. I’ve ordered from here before with great results but this time they just were just awful. I won’t order that pizza ever again.

Nothing against Papa John’s, but shoutout to the man in his 40s working here who decided I was a criminal mastermind printing fake 20s just to score a pizza. No marker to check, but plenty of attitude, and he acted like he wasn’t going to hand my (real) cash back. I wanted pepperoni, not a police interrogation. Truly, a hero—saving Papa John’s from the devastating loss of a single potentially fake $20… from 1981.

I ordered the 6cheese pizza which is normally my favorite. It tasted burnt and there wasn’t enough cheese for it to have been a single cheese pizza, let alone a 6-cheese pizza. The only redeeming factor, if you can call it that, is that it arrived much sooner than was estimated and it was a little warm. I will definitely tell everyone I know how much the Papa John’s on Clinton Highway has gone way down hill. I’m extremely disappointed that I paid $30 for a pizza that was not edible.

It's been very frustrating this was the only papa Johns that delivered to my apartments and we had just gotten an order delivered a few days before I called this time and just out of nowhere they say they don't all a sudden deliver to my address anymore which kind of made me upset they can see they have never had a problem with payments from my address yes I've had problems with my food being delivered a few times but it would've been nice for a heads up
