This was a disaster. Open table reservation made for 11am on a Sunday. Brunch menu posted with availability from 6:30-2:00. Arrived at 11. Restaurant doesn't open until 11:30? They went ahead and sat us, but no one ever came by. We waited until 11:30 for the opening thinking that would do the trick. At 11:40, we flagged someone down to request a menu. At 11:50 we left. No one had ever come back and everyone was genuinely avoiding eye contact. It was a huge waste of time. We were not the only guests in the predicament, but thankfully we weren't trying to feed small children. When I tried to express our frustration as we were leaving, an employee also said they don't serve a brunch, but it's clearly posted on their website and linked on open table. If hours and menu have changed, fine, but update the online resources. It's 2026.

The person in charge of reservations was not at the front so we were seated at a cocktail table. I had to ask for the Valentines menu we had reservations for. The waitress did not bring us the reservations menu, my wife had to got get one for us. We were told 4 drinks with the pairing we ordered and received 3. After complaining to the manager this was removed from our bill. The couple next to us shared a napkin and silverware until we complained and the manager brought them the correct dinner ware.

It's artsy and creative, and the menu was very colorful. There's a nice view of the World's Fair Park. It also has an art gallery, which is lovely to walk through before or after dining. Overall, it was a great experience with wonderful staff. Thank you.

The food was ok. Service was slow but I think they had more people than expected because of a volleyball tournament

We were a party of six, three children and three adults. As others have stated we waited at the entrance for at least ten minutes. That should have been an indicator of the service. We were finally seated then it took ANOTHER thirty minutes for a server. Ordered grilled cheese and chicken wings

I have to add to my post so that everyone knows. We were scammed by this restaurant and my granddaughter, who paid for the bill was charged erroneously and illegally by the restaurant by adding more to the total than it actually was. Now she can't get a refund and no one will respond. Avoid this place like the plague. Bad service bad food no accountability and they stole money from my granddaughter. We are considering pressing charges. My two granddaughters and my grandson-in-law went to eat at this restaurant for Thanksgiving hoping for a nice night out and good food. Well boy was I ever wrong. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The waitress, Kate, treated us like we were invading her space. I can honestly say that place gave us the worst service I have ever had in my whole entire life. And that is no exaggeration. I'm not even going to talk about the food because by the time we got it which was past an hour after we had gotten there, I had no appetite to eat. They should have paid us when we left. I was hoping for a great night out with my grandchildren and it turned into a nightmare. I would not recommend this restaurant if my life depended on it.

Great hidden gems in Knoxville. Great food and great cocktails, what else can you ask for?

Pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, service and food was not so pleasant. The manager made it all good at the end.

We never even ordered. Sat at our table (after waiting 15 mins to be seated) for over ten minutes without being greeted or given menus. When I finally walked up to the host stand and asked for menus, she gave me them and said “it's abbreviated” when there was no other mention of that fact, including on the screen showcasing the menu outside the restaurant. After no one came by for another 10 minutes, we decided not to pay $28 for chicken wings, or $17 for a grilled cheese, which were two of the options on the abbreviated menu. Beautiful space and hotel, terrible restaurant experience.

Both drinks last night and breakfast this morning. Bartenders are attentive and quick. The breakfast was AMAZING! Large portions that feel like down home food.

I made a resevation, walked to the restaurant (from downtown so not far, and was told they were closed. They were rude and trite. Will not go back

The food was not great. The crab dip was very fish and the crackers were stale. The service was good and the place was very pretty.

I entertained clients at the Tavern over breakfast. The staff did a great job balancing great service with the privacy we needed for our meeting. They also had the perfect table set up for us when we arrived.

We got seated at a high table then had to move because they didnt have a high chair tall enough, which was totally fine. But before being moved, the waitress tried to take our order and we told her we needed a second. After being moved to a different table, nobody came to check on us or take our order for 30 minutes. We had to ask the host if we could actually place our order. She ended up taking it for us. Still didnt have anyone check on us. Food came out about 20-30 minutes after that. I had ordered a fruit salad but didn't get it. Decided not to even try getting it since we didnt feel like waiting another 30 minutes just for a bowl of fruit. The food wasn't too bad, definitely had better. The service was just awful and the floors were dirty and gross around our table. Decided not to even try getting breakfast there the next morning. We drove to a local Shoneys.

DO NO GO HERE ON GAME DAY! Neither their website nor OpenTable mentioned that they only offer a buffet on game day. Normally I don't mind a buffet but this was the worst buffet I've ever had. The food choices were quite limited and all the food was either overcooked, cold, or just plain disgusting.
