Wonderful place, with great service and delicious snowcone. I just wished you all would keep your hours updated. Showing up an hour and a half before your posted closing time, just to find out you all closed early really bummed out the half hour drive me and my friends took to get there.
We were here on 8.24 and the line was LONG. There was only one man working and we just wanted y’all to know what an awesome job he did keeping the line going and serving everyone patiently and friendly. Thank you!!
Best snowballs EVER! They aren’t the hard crispy ice but this super soft yummy ice! Also they have the best swirl soft serve cones and everything is such a great price! And don’t even get me started on the PUP CUPS! Amazing! Such a gem of a place in Knoxville!
