I'd do 0 stars if I could. First thing when we walked in the guy was extremely rude. If I wasn't hungry I would have went somewhere else. Get home to eat my sub and it's terrible. What a waste of money and time. Never again will I go back to this place

Been a while since we've had penn station. Be a while before we go back. Dirty store... subs are not worth the money over $30 for 2 small subs fries are good like five guys. Apparently you can bring your own cup and fill it up.
First time coming here, didn't like it over firehouse subs. The chicken parm was bland, no flavor at all. The cheese steak was decent but such small amounts of meat and toppings for the price. Fries were good.

These absolute goons forgot to put a large fry in my order (SEVEN DOLALRS) and when I called and asked to be refunded was told my only recourse was to drive all the way back to the store to pick up the fries. Double bonus to stealing my money AND wasting my time!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, Tailor was so nice, respectful, and courteous. She took the time to make sure my whole order was perfect, and that everything was fresh. Her whole mood made the place feel safe, and welcome. The whole place was clean, and looked wonderful. 10 out of 10 most definitely recommended. I will most definitely be going back.
