What a disappointment when I got home with my togo order. The advertised subs packed with everything must be a way to bring you in, because my subs were so tiny (look below), I thought I ordered from the kids menu. ...and when you wear gloves and then touch your face, put on new gloves, ma’am. I won’t be back at this location, the West Hills location will be my place to go to, not N. Peters. 5 thumbs down.
Fresh cut potatoes, fried to the point of brown but not burnt. I either get the philly steak or a wrap. Yummmmmm
11:30 am on a Friday and you have one person working at the store. Food is good. But you need to staff accordingly. This is the second time in a row at this place. Will not be back again.

Based on the reviews, Penn Station Sandwiches serves good food with options like multigrain bread. The customer service is average, but some experiences are amazing, with staff going above and beyond, being kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere has dirty floors and tables, with leaking ac units on the ceiling making the floor wet and the store very hot and uncomfortable for the past four months. The floors were clean but a little wet. Needs more dipping sauce options other than ketchup. Catering is a huge hit, with food on-time and as ordered, making it a healthier option than other places and much cheaper than expected.
