I walked in and it smelled amazing. I already knew it was about to be a great meal. It surpassed my expectations and I initially didn’t even want Italian type of food! I was craving Japanese… my pregnant wifey wanted this, so I gave it a shot. Holy moly I’ll be back 🔥

Always great friendly customer service and there food is amazing!! I've had the Pesto pasta and Veg Out Pizza with Pesto along with there cheesy bread!!

Im always trying to find a great sandwich in Knoxville. Especially an Italian sandwich. This Italian sandwich by far is the best one I have found! Add in the delicious waffle fries and I had an enjoyable lunch yesterday. I highly recommend Penne for your Thoughts. My next visit i will definitely get some pasta to go. Get the fries, you will be begging for more.

I have been to this location twice now and have also patronized their food truck in the past. The food is always delicious! Fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and service was fast. The “Sweet Dreams are Made of Brie” is so yummy, the “six meat under” flatbread pizza was excellent, and you have to try the waffle fries!!!! So good! Even the Brussel sprouts were tasty! I will be back again and again!

We loved the food truck so we decided to visit the physical location. Food was great, price were reasonable, service amazing, building was clean ! Great experience!

The sandwiches are super tasty, the Sweet dreams are made of Brie especially so, but the others were great as well.

Only down note was our pasta salad. Pretty dry, needed help from the red wine and olive oil condiments.

We hired the food truck for a wedding reception and they hit it out of the park. They were prompt, gave excellent customer service, and the food was tremendous! Would do it all over again!
