Penne For Your Thoughts is one of my favorites in Knoxville. The food is prepared while you wait and is always delicious. I have not made it through trying everything on the menu because I am stuck on their brie sandwich and their basil tea is unique and I buy a gallon to take home every time I go.
I had the pleasure of meeting the team from Penne For Your Thoughts at Brew at the Zoo, and I have to say, they were super nice and welcoming! It’s always a great feeling when the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home, and that’s exactly what they did. As for the food—wow, it’s fresh and absolutely amazing!
