Love petros. No real atmosphere. Always get it in the drive-thru to go.

I didn't eat at this particular Petro's. I was simply picking up food for coworkers. The service was top notch. The staff were polite and professional.

I have eaten Petro's before and it is a great bowl of chili. My coworkers loved their bowls of chili and had nothing negative to say.

This Petro's is connected to a gas station. I don't know about the indoor seating.

$27 for 1 petros and 1 nachos and 2 cucumbers, ok, except....I asked if the chili for the nachos could go on the side, they also put the cheese on the side. The issue is the small side of cheese was only 1/2 full. Long time fam of Petros so even with the higher prices I would go occasionally. I'm done, at least with this store. The employee was very friendly though. 😒

This specific Petros location is formative and integral to my very existence and who I am as a person today.

You see, I grew up coming to Knoxville each and every summer from the time I was a wee youngin’ (appx. aged 4 to 20) to see my grandparents (who lived on Sallings Rd., which is a stone’s throw from this steadfast Petros) and would gleefully look out for the unmistakable Petros sign while driving down Kingston Pike, after 10 hours in the car from Central Florida, to turn right and speed downhill into my grandparents’ driveway.

My grandpa and I would then visit Petros together during my 3-4 week stay in Knoxville each summer, and always we would stop on the way out, back to FL, where my dad would get a cup of chili for the road.

I live here now, and if this location ever closes, I truly would riot.

Petro's is good no matter what location you dine at.

This is a takeout only location so keep that in mind

Got back to my hotel room that was 1 mile away. Half of my order was missing and the part I did receive was ice cold and looked like dog vomit. I took it back and got a refund....and that took 10 minutes because the employee was on her cell phone!

Of all the Petro's I've ever been to, this location is by far the best in terms of overall food quality, portion size, generous toppings, and customer service. I work close by and come here often and I have never met someone here who didn't have a smile on their face. Just a great bunch of people slinging chips, cheese, and smiles! :)
