I so appreciate that this restaurant is celiac-friendly and offers to change their gloves. We’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. This is one of the only places in Knoxville my daughter can safely eat. Thank you for being (mostly) gluten free!
The food was sloppy, thrown together, and had none of the condiments that were stated per the menu. The chicken nachos were all broken chips, barely any cheese, no condiments, and so much sour cream. The baked potato with chicken was missing the requested bbq sauce. The chili just had globs of sour cream and some melted cheese. For the $32 we spent and we called in to order it so it would be ready cause we drove 15+ hours and this was our dinner.
I look forward to having Petros at Vols basketball games!
My family just returned from a men's basketball game at the University of Tennessee. We had looked forward to eating Petro's all day but we're deeply disappointed by the product tonight. Basically, it consisted of a cup of shredded cheese, a few tomatoes and practically no chili. It was awful. I hope this is not a trend because we have loved Petro's for years and were always impressed with the product before tonight.
