Cassie was wonderful very nice and professional. The call service got my order wrong she fixed it no problem! the food was good and hot my son ate three slices before we made it home. Highly recommend!

Do not go through Pizza Hut. I just got my order screwed up yet again and the company will not correct their mistakes. They keep saying someone will call 1-3 business days. But I wasted money on the food they refuse to fix. I should have went through papa John’s. At least they honor the customers and show respect immediately.

I have ordered from this pizza hut many times. Tonight they lost me as a customer. I did the ultimate bundle with 2 pizzas, wings and bread and dips. NONE OF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT. AND YOU CANT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONES AY CHAPMAN OR CORPORATE. 40.00$ worth of pizza that we can't eat. One wasn't even done in the middle. The wings were extremely buffalo when we ordered BBQ. I have tried multiple times in the last hour to get ahold of anyone. This was our dinner tonight. And it was ruined.

I would love to learn if this location has a buffet for lunch or dinner but I can’t get anyone to answer my phone call. I would also seek information online, but this information is not posted.

This pizza hut still has the buffet! It was amazing, there was a lot of people in the lobby so the small buffet took time to stock but food was fresh and good.

I’ve had so many issues with this specific Pizza Hut, I’m always missing something from my order, my food is almost always cold, and they never pick up the phone when you need to talk to someone. Matter in fact when I called a guy told me to hold on then hung up in my face. unprofessional and just disappointing do better Pizza Hut :(

The pizza was amazingly delicious and the staff was great! We placed an order for delivery and they goofed on the first delivery to us but they made up for it later when they surprised us with two pizzas! One of those we didn't have to pay for and it was a nice surprise. Most places don't do that anymore these day so thank you so much. We appreciate you guys!

When I ordered my total was $20.47 they updated my transaction two days later at 1:28 am to $30.47 they took $10 extra dollars off my card two days later I have been trying to call to get my $10 back. I just want the $10 that they took off my card back since it wasn’t that price when I bought it it was $20.47 so I just want my $10 back.

I ordered my food the order there and food in box that messed up and it wasn't good looking and didn't get drinks I ordered to.this makes second time door dash has no give my order..my order be all there or right and box would open .I would like my money back because if I'm pay for food and delivery charges and stand on phone for almost 35 mins and then hang up on and call back no one is answering the phone fix the problem then.. someone need to be checked

This Pizza Hut is the worst every time we order he it’s always hard an nasty or not all the way done then when you call they just tell you to have a good day why serve something you wouldn’t even eat yourself but think my kids should then don’t even fix it nor give a refund an take your pizza back an wonder why y’all only got 3 stars out of 5 get it together I will never recommend anyone to eat here
