Never got my order and they won’t answer the phone. Ordered online and got a text 20 mins later that door dash was delivering to make it faster. Three drivers went to the store then dropped the order. Two hours in the last driver went in and they were told the order got picked up 10 mins earlier and if I didn’t get it reorder with DoorDash which I didn’t order with. Tried to call the store myself and it’s a call center so they transferred me to the store and sat on the line for 20 mins and no one answered. Used the online chat and all they could do was submit a claim and someone would get back to me in 1-3 business days. Called the number back and told the call center again and they said all they could do is give me the store or corporate number but corporate wont be available right now so I had them transfer me back to the store and been on the line for another 15 mins so far with no answer. So we’re starving and never getting our $40 pizza.

Cassie was wonderful very nice and professional. The call service got my order wrong she fixed it no problem! the food was good and hot my son ate three slices before we made it home. Highly recommend!

Do not go through Pizza Hut. I just got my order screwed up yet again and the company will not correct their mistakes. They keep saying someone will call 1-3 business days. But I wasted money on the food they refuse to fix. I should have went through papa John’s. At least they honor the customers and show respect immediately.

I have ordered from this pizza hut many times. Tonight they lost me as a customer. I did the ultimate bundle with 2 pizzas, wings and bread and dips. NONE OF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT. AND YOU CANT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONES AY CHAPMAN OR CORPORATE. 40.00$ worth of pizza that we can't eat. One wasn't even done in the middle. The wings were extremely buffalo when we ordered BBQ. I have tried multiple times in the last hour to get ahold of anyone. This was our dinner tonight. And it was ruined.
How do you mess up the entire order? Needs new management!

I would love to learn if this location has a buffet for lunch or dinner but I can’t get anyone to answer my phone call. I would also seek information online, but this information is not posted.

This pizza hut still has the buffet! It was amazing, there was a lot of people in the lobby so the small buffet took time to stock but food was fresh and good.

I’ve had so many issues with this specific Pizza Hut, I’m always missing something from my order, my food is almost always cold, and they never pick up the phone when you need to talk to someone. Matter in fact when I called a guy told me to hold on then hung up in my face. unprofessional and just disappointing do better Pizza Hut :(
