The pizza was awful. Even the cheese sticks. I think Little Caesars had better than this! Don’t waste your money. Domino’s just down the road Papa John’s is a little farther.

I love Pizza Hut. I hate leaving a bad review but my experience was pretty bad. Our pizza seemed half cooked. One side was kinda cooked. The other wasn’t really at all. Cheese wasn’t even melted.
I called the store, manager. He told me he would refund me or send me a new pizza. I chose the new pizza. Unfortunately the new one never showed up. I then attempted to call the store 3 times to get a refund only to be put on hold. 2 of which someone hung up the phone.
Love Pizza Hut but this one isn’t right.

Pizza Hut on merchants. 🤮 The manager tried to tell me this is not raw. She was a super sweet girl, but this is very raw. One of her employees came over there and said that is definitely raw. I hope I don’t get sick.

Ordered on uber eats after driving 7 hours back home….. like I typically do, you guys are always great never have an issue. Tonight the driver took a picture of a random door didn’t deliver my food and answered with the response that the store wouldn’t make it so she didn’t have it. Drove over to the store talked to the Manager Josh just to see if they had my order …… showed him pictures of what this lady did and said… and he instantly said he would fix the issue. He remade my pizza when he didn’t have to it wasn’t his fault or the stores that a thief stole it or what ever she did with it…. Just wanted to say thanks again to Josh for being so kind and fixing an issue that wasn’t his to fix! Appreciate it!

Paid $30 to order a 12” pepperoni lovers pizza through Uber Eats and barely got the regular amount of pepperoni. This certainly isn’t 50% more pepperoni as advertised. Thanks Pizza Hut.

I ordered online through Pizza Hut web site but delivery was outsourced to door dash. I ordered 114 dollars which included 2 large specialty pizzas, 1 large pepperoni,1 medium pepperoni,and an order of cheese sticks. When my DoorDasher delivered, he did not bring cheese sticks. He said that’s all Pizza Hut gave him were the pizzas no cheese sticks so I called Pizza Hut. They said they gave him the cheese sticks, regardless of who was lying Pizza Hut should’ve done the right thing and either brought me my cheese sticks or refund me that item but they wouldn’t do anything. Pizza Hut on Cedar Lane do better that was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And I paid for extra sauce and cheese on one of my pizzas which I did not get. I also tried to contact door dash but because I didn’t order through door dash that order isn’t showing on my app.
