Every time I order delivery it goes to a 3rd party service that never seems able to find my apartment. Domino's and papa John's for the win.

I ordered directly from Pizza Hut because I expected it to be delivered by Pizza Hut, well they sent me a message after it was ordered and said it was being delivered by Door Dash. I’ve had issues with Door Dash before and purposely chose not to order through them.
I kept getting messages that Lyando was having trouble finding my address, really? It’s a Holiday Inn 5 minutes from Pizza Hut, and my instructions said Holiday Inn and my room number.
I called the driver and as soon as the phone answered they would hang up, I call twice, same issue.
I then get a message from Door Dash stating that the driver has handed the pizza off to me, this is a lie. I immediately texted the driver and asked where the pizza was, well the didn’t respond until 40 minutes later. It seems the driver left it on the front desk and walked out, the clerk had no idea who it was for. I finally tracked it down and of course it was cold.
So, I have no idea who could’ve opens it, touched it or what ever since there is t any type of seal on the box.
My second issue is, someone called me from the store while the pizza was being made and said they didn’t have the soft drink I ordered and what else would I like? I said just give me a water, and then was informed they didn’t have water, I asked what they had and there were three choices, nothing I wanted, I told them to just cancel the order because of the Door Dash delivering it and the soft drink issue. He told me they couldn’t cancel an order , so I reluctantly chose a drink and then he hung up on me.
On top of that, I gave a large tip hoping for good service , my mistake.
I have been a loyal Pizza customer for 40 years, this incident will most likely end that.

They don't keep your food safe when handing off to delivery driver. Uber eats delivered two open, grease soaked boxes with nasty food. Nobody wants that nonsense
