The pizza was awful. Even the cheese sticks. I think Little Caesars had better than this! Don’t waste your money. Domino’s just down the road Papa John’s is a little farther.

I love Pizza Hut. I hate leaving a bad review but my experience was pretty bad. Our pizza seemed half cooked. One side was kinda cooked. The other wasn’t really at all. Cheese wasn’t even melted.
I called the store, manager. He told me he would refund me or send me a new pizza. I chose the new pizza. Unfortunately the new one never showed up. I then attempted to call the store 3 times to get a refund only to be put on hold. 2 of which someone hung up the phone.
Love Pizza Hut but this one isn’t right.

Pizza Hut on merchants. 🤮 The manager tried to tell me this is not raw. She was a super sweet girl, but this is very raw. One of her employees came over there and said that is definitely raw. I hope I don’t get sick.

Ordered on uber eats after driving 7 hours back home….. like I typically do, you guys are always great never have an issue. Tonight the driver took a picture of a random door didn’t deliver my food and answered with the response that the store wouldn’t make it so she didn’t have it. Drove over to the store talked to the Manager Josh just to see if they had my order …… showed him pictures of what this lady did and said… and he instantly said he would fix the issue. He remade my pizza when he didn’t have to it wasn’t his fault or the stores that a thief stole it or what ever she did with it…. Just wanted to say thanks again to Josh for being so kind and fixing an issue that wasn’t his to fix! Appreciate it!

Order wings and French fries they had door dash to deliver and they took the meal and runned with it i guess and said they deliver it which is a lie I'll never order from there no more they don't answer phone door dash driver Kila won't answer either so to me that's poor business on pizza hut

I would have ordered from this store seeing I like Pizza Hut more than the other corporate chains. I just moved here, and that's why I look at reviews . After seeing the other posts ( especially new ones ), I'm going to pass. Evidently, from what I've seen posted, it's a problem not only with management but the one's who are supposed to ensure what they are doing . Best of luck because everyone is probably going to be out of a job soon from the way I see it.
