Ordered 1 pizza at 8:33 pm, paid by credit card. Called back twice more around 10ish. Was told it would be here in 15 minutes. Never happened. I want a full refund.

I ask for my pizza and bread sticks to be extra done at least 3times to make sure and it arrived very doughy we had throw left overs away.dipping sauce tasted really weird we didn't use it was something different about it it was very disappointing don't want something like that again ever pizza hut was always my favorite now feel gonna have leave it off menu too 😞

I spent $46 on the triple treat box, which is advertised as $19.99, and the delivery driver brought a completely different combo box with one less pizza and the pizza we received was wrong and poorly made. I’ve tried to get ahold of the store multiple times and no one comes to the phone. I am extremely disappointed

me and my boyfriend ordered some food at 6:30pm and by 8:00pm it still didn’t arrive which we gave a long grace period due to things like traffic and if they were possibly busy. but the guy who answered the phone was rude and seemed to be very annoyed at the fact we even called i believe his name was david. will not order again.

Went to get some pizza and the place is close at 930 pm when it says on door and google that it should be open. Saw what i'm assuming the manager to come out and lock the door while walking to his car a minute after we tried to open the door.

Pizza, bread sticks and cheese sticks are terrific!
Terrible experience! We got food from a door dash. Peter decided to give it to the wrong person and this is ridiculous! 50 dollars from them and they won’t even check an order before sending it out to a “random man/woman couldn’t tell what it was” absolutely unacceptable service from the Pizza Hut! Do better!

His name tag said Sam. He was the one that reeked of marijuana. I won't eat there anymore and I'm telling family and friends to avoid it at all costs.

It's pizza hut, the food is the same regardless of location. But this one had a rude delivery driver. I also wasn't given any of the four sauces I paid for with my order. How do you forget marinara with breadsticks?! Do better.
