The pizzas were not ready. I ordered online. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later they had not even put my order in the oven. Then said it would be another 20-minute wait.

Todayvi did a online order and received the wrong thing tried to call someone anwered and told me that they will look up the order but how can you look up the order with no information. I was on hild for thirty minutes and i hung up and called again and still no one has answer. Great customer service.

The worst Pizza Hut around. EVERY order that has been placed has been wrong, never placed, always late, rude employees. I will never go back to this location. This whole facility needs new employee's, new manager that cares about all the bad reviews and would want to make some changes and everyone new that is hired needs to go through some official training. I will not even go to this location for a free pizza. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

The young girl wouldn't even look at me and I finally said hey Im here to pick up for ( my name) and she didn't even say a word then finally she asked if it was a big order lol like I'm not sure what you consider a big order but it's for three people if that is supposed to be a big order IDK 😶 them she brought it out and just sat it on the table and I had to ask what was mine because she obviously wasn't trained to be good at dealing with customers........ Ok new update the next time I went to this God awful place the order was completely backwards so the young girl asked me if I would like them to remake it which I didn't, there was already seven people in there waiting and they were angry because they had been there so long. So the girl said she could give me store credit and asked for my phone number. Needless to say once again I actually call the store directly and ask about my $20 store credit and it was the same girl so she said yes she could do that so I placed the order just to find out once my girlfriend drove all the way from work from Maryville and sat and waited in the parking lot she came in and asked about the order and they literally had no clue what she was talking about. The girl who took the order said let me see what happened ( well what obviously happened is you didn't take down the order which is basically your only job, I mean really????) Everytime we have ordered from this so called pizza Hut something has always been wrong with our order or the order was just simply never even put into the system 😕. My girlfriend said she wanted our money back and a corporate number and the girl smarted off and said we don't have a corporate number lol 🤣 like are you serious. There isn't one restaurant chain in the world that doesn't have a corporate number so this girl has no clue what she's doing as far as placing orders or even the fact that she got mad because she screwed up by not doing her job and instead of fixing the matter she only made things worse by not simply giving the corporate number like she was asked. I highly recommend if you want pizza Hut I would never recommend coming to this clown show. This place needs better employees better management or something 😡

I ask for my pizza and bread sticks to be extra done at least 3times to make sure and it arrived very doughy we had throw left overs away.dipping sauce tasted really weird we didn't use it was something different about it it was very disappointing don't want something like that again ever pizza hut was always my favorite now feel gonna have leave it off menu too 😞

I spent $46 on the triple treat box, which is advertised as $19.99, and the delivery driver brought a completely different combo box with one less pizza and the pizza we received was wrong and poorly made. I’ve tried to get ahold of the store multiple times and no one comes to the phone. I am extremely disappointed
me and my boyfriend ordered some food at 6:30pm and by 8:00pm it still didn’t arrive which we gave a long grace period due to things like traffic and if they were possibly busy. but the guy who answered the phone was rude and seemed to be very annoyed at the fact we even called i believe his name was david. will not order again.

Went to get some pizza and the place is close at 930 pm when it says on door and google that it should be open. Saw what i'm assuming the manager to come out and lock the door while walking to his car a minute after we tried to open the door.

Terrible experience! We got food from a door dash. Peter decided to give it to the wrong person and this is ridiculous! 50 dollars from them and they won’t even check an order before sending it out to a “random man/woman couldn’t tell what it was” absolutely unacceptable service from the Pizza Hut! Do better!
