This location is the most irresponsible, lazy, unresponsive pizza location I've had to deal with. Three times they claim to have never received the order through their call center, four times they got the order wrong, and lastly there is no pride or professionalism from the employees. This is the worst pizza hut location ever....

I placed 2 orders over the phone at the same time 1 order was ready waiting 20 minutes for the other order still not ready and now the order that was ready is cold

It took over an hour and a half to get our pizza. It arrived cold, the crust was hard. This was the worst pizza we’ve ever had and could NOT eat it. We made a call to complain, however a call center answered and connected us to the store who never picked up their phone. We had to call the customer service number and register a complaint.
I have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to get in touch with this specific store due to my son and I finding not 1 but 2 different hairs in our food. I spent way too much money for this to go unfixed.Normally we love pizza hut but the situation and the lack of communication with anyone from this store is not okay. How can I get ahold of corporate?The hairs were literally baked into the food. Please tell who I can contact in regards to getting this fixed. TyUpon contact with pizza hut, they were very apologetic and immediately fixed the issue.

So I ordered tonight chicken pizza with cheese bread sticks and 5 marinara sauces. Which I have done a few dozen times the last year are so. Food was great hot and delicious. But the marinara sauces was missing I called them to let them know and once a man answered I told him I had a few items missing I get put on hold and no one ever came back to phone that is some poor service. But at least the pizza was good. lol

Made my order at about 5:30pm. It stated I would have it by 6:10pm. It is now 6:50pm and my order still isn’t here and the store was of no help. Instead when I called to check on it they changed the status to enroute, and that was about 30mins ago. The store is only 2miles away.I can’t believe how late my food is at this point.
