I’ve given this place three tries and every time they have messed up my order. The last time I place the order. App said it was ready. Drove to the store to be told he hasn’t even been started yet and they could not give even an estimated time. Place is completely disorganized.

My family of 4 just stopped by the Pizza Hut at 10402 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, and we were treated so rudely before we sat down, we left. What a shame to be told, "You CAN have a seat anywhere, but I will get to you when I get a chance." There was no eye contact, she spoke rudely like we smelled, and there was no one else in the restaurant eating. They seemed to be short staffed, but we felt rudely dismissed before we even got a chance to get started. We love pizza hut pizza, and this was the place my son chose to eat before he moved. So sad.

Been years dining inside of Pizza Hut. Wings were good and of good size. Pizza was nice and hot unlike a delivery pizza which usually arrives lukewarm.
