I order 6 Honey BBQ wing and the bottle was empty instead of asking if I would like something or go fill up the bottle this is what I got. What a shame a Business is run like this. Hopefully next time I come back in and it will be a very long time before I come now. That the service will be way better.

Ordered an 8-piece fried chicken which included one chicken breast, three chicken legs, and four chicken wings. Upon receiving it, immediately took a bite of one chicken wing and realized there were only 7 pieces. Went back to ask the front desk, and the first response was to inquire about what was in my mouth, then claimed they had given me 8 pieces. Finally, reluctantly added a dry chicken wing as shown in the picture. This was my first time coming to this shop due to getting lost, but the staff’s attitude was absolutely terrible. I really want to give them zero stars! Plus, the taste of the fried chicken is way worse than Clinton HWY’s.

Ordered classic fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. Emphasizing the extra tarter sauce twice. When given the carry out order asked again about the extra tartar sauce. Was assured that yes extra was on the sandwich. Got home and it was a spicy fish sandwich with NO TARTER SAUCE AT ALL. Store nor carry out were busy at this time.

I ordered six ghost pepper wings, and my wings were old and dry. When the cashier told the manager about the old wings, the manager shrugged. I asked for the ghost pepper wings to be replaced with three whole wings, and they were fresher.

First time trying Popeyes. The chicken strips were quite literally strips. Very thin and sad looking. The biscuit that came in the box was a nice surprise. I enjoyed the salty buttery flavor.

Literally one of the consistently lousy places to go in the area. The food at this location is ALWAYS cold and dried out (even at lunch or dinner times), they almost always screw your order up, they skimp on sauces, and the wait times are long. On the rare occasion that decide to give them another shot, I'm reminded why I avoid this location. I get that it's not a gourmet restaurant, but I do expect the food to be somewhat fresh and my order to be correct most of the time. This location is just awful.
