After placing my order , they said it would be 20 minutes, so I was willing to wait. After 40 minutes they had forgotten about me sitting in the lobby. Then for my troubles they were going to charge me for the sauce . Then agreed to give me 2 for free..Like they were doing me a big favor. Never go to this particular Popeyes folks. just stay away
Order 12piece chicken thrue the drive thrue girl working wondow was very nice I get home and find I only have 8 piece I call the store because it's a 40min drive in the rush hr traffic and there answering service instead of a person never received call back not a place I will go back to
Unbelievable I go there and they have a meal that you can have either signature chicken or chicken tenders. I asked if I could split it up half-and-half and they said no. Which makes no sense because it actually lowers their food cost and if it's a choice of the 2 why can't you split it up? Why is this a big ordeal lol
In this economy they're going to turn away a $10 order when there's absolutely no one in the drive-through?
