Wasn't excited about having to pay $5 just to walk threw the door. Nice little place and the roof top sitting was nice. I didn't like having to wait on the bartender to finish his drinking session before we could order our drinks.

Ordinarily I go to the "Pub" for drinks and entertainment, and then go eat at a local restaurant, but decided to eat pub food tonight. I ordered the tater tots and they were good but the amount of sauce that came with them was ridiculously small. The painters palette the tots and sauces come on is amusing, but again, sauce amounts are too small. Later I ordered the chips and queso and was served a stack of stale chips and a small (about 2oz) cup of cheese that quickly hardened back to its original solid form. I like to actually dip chips into a cheese sauce and not just wet an edge. The bottom line is don't waste your time and money eating Presentation Pub food unless you desire a disappointing experience.

So the prices are good, food great. However, i was there last night and just hangin out, having some fireballs, talking to fellow patrons, being civilized, all that good stuff. All of a sudden, and i do mean all of a sudden, the bartender comes up to me andgives me my tab and says he closed it out, i figured there was a shift change or something, but as im writing the tip into the bill, he says "now we are gonna have to ask you to leave, you were ashing ur cigerattes everywhere. So, i left. Here the thing, when im comfortable and just talking and conversating and have a cigeratte going, my body and arms move however they move. Its just natural body movement, 2nd nature ya know. I wasnt even aware i was "ashing everywhere", im just going about my night, not acting a fool or anything. I feel like this was a major communication error. See, in the aet of human interaction, if someone is doing something you dont like, you let them know, ask them to knock it off. Had i been told this was happening, i would have stopped and been more careful. So, from that experience, i would say that it appears that its rather alarming that their first instinct to any trivial situation is to just immediately throw you out...Now they sodnt notice this, but it took everything in me to not cause a scene and give them a legit reason to throw me out. My whole life, my bigfest pet peeve is people freaking out over the smallest, most trivial and innocous things. That very proccess ironically causes me to wanna freak out. So, this is not really a reciew of the establishment as a whole, but a review about the specific baetender that is probably deeply mentally ill to the point where he just randomly.throws people out. Try letting people know that you wre annoyed by something, and addressing how to fix it before just being completely reactionary.

I just had a club soda and a quesadilla was awesome and service was spot on!
Stopped in for a drink on our visit to Knoxville. Reasonably priced, not so different from other bars.This place is definitely a divey place. The only downside is that it still allows smoking indoors which makes for a not-so-enjoyable atmosphere for non-smokers. Not saying they should change that, just a warning for others.

Food: N/AService: Terrible Bartender (Bre) left the bar for 20 minutes, after I had asked her to close my tab. Upon her return when I asked a second time to do the same, she claimed my card was never asked for/taken nor a tab opened. Lastly stated she didn’t have my card. My work colleague and I pressed Bre. After asking for management Bre “poof” found my card - in the tip jar not in the memo card sized square container. We paid cash a departed. Upon my return to our hotel (on a business trip) I see she did charge my account/card even though I paid our bill in cash.Bre is also terrible at servicing the bar as she is grossly lacking product/brand recognition. She was unable to locate beverage product in the bar back.Bre is blonde and taller (albeit I’m not overly tall) & does not highlight this company in a positive light - a cool location and atmosphere. She was also very off putting to a couple of minor women. -> I am not accustomed to writing a review such as this. She kiis either running a racket or is the worst bartender I’ve seen to a fairly easy job. Bad look Vols bad look.Atmosphere: great upon my return if she is still working I will never patronize this location. Laslty, I’ll never recommend this pub to tourists or those who move to Knoxville. Unless, I find out she’s left the bartending industry.

Had a get together/good bye party here and it was amazing. There were so many levels and each rooftop had a different theme. The staff were friendly & the music was pretty nice. There is a Fee to get in but it’s not much. You get a pretty cool view of the market square and so on. I would recommend coming here to hang out, see the cool rooftops and views! ????
