New Years Eve didn’t go so well this year. We spent two hundred dollars for our group to go up to the rooftop to watch the fireworks. Management gave a few bottles to some gentlemen who sprayed everyone outside with champagne in 30 degree weather. My wife and friend were soaked all night in freezing weather and management did absolutely nothing about it. My wife’s hair literally froze into ice within two minutes. They claimed “we just don’t know what we could do besides give out whole bottles”. How about apologize? How about use security and remove people who spray all of your guests with champagne? Anyways, radius rooftop lounge ruined our New Years Eve.

I went to celebrate my friend’s 21st birthday. My friend is fully 21, her ID is slightly bent from it going through police scanners. Totally understand if the bartender can’t serve her for that reason, but what I can’t understand is the bartender being so incredibly rude about it. It is a server’s responsibility to make sure they do not serve anyone under 21 and I completely understand that, but to be so aggressive and rude to someone (who is 21) is uncalled for and out of pocket. Made me never want to come back. In addition, she served my MARTINI in an old fashioned glass (and it wasn’t because they were out of glasses because when I ordered it from a different bartender, they served it in a martini). Just incredibly unprofessional.

Great spot to have a drink and a great view of knoxville
I'm totally obsessed with this rooftop bar! The view is absolutely stunning! The drinks are creative and delicious, and the service was top-notch. The Radius manager, Josh and his staff went above and beyond accommodating us this weekend for our daughter’s wedding party!! We couldn’t be happier!

They are not kind to people of color here and openly racist and discriminatory. I went with my white friend who had no belt. The Manager as soon as I came in looked me up and down and told me I’m not allowed in. The police officer there at the time immediately got aggressive and aggravated the situation. When asked why, they said “it’s because I had no belt.” When my white friend showed he had no belt they still let him through, and the next few people who also had no belt, Tanktop, and was sagging go through. The only difference was they were white. I lived in TN my whole life and never felt so openly discriminated against in my own city. The manager ran off as soon as he denied me and placed someone else at the door so he wouldn’t have to explain why he denied me entry. He left showing his balding patch in the back of his head ,both managers balding and still working at a hotel bar for minimum wage and tips having the audacity to be discriminating😂

Don't waste your time here! My friend and I were told we didn't fit their dress code, only to watch a guy wearing a t-shirt and sweats be let in. To be clear: having a dress code is fine, but failing to have any signage or posts about it on the website (and then applying it in a clearly biased way) is where there is a problem. Additionally, the front door staff wouldn't even let me speak. I wasn't even able to get out a sentence to ask a question before I was being yelled at! Truly reprehensible behavior on their part, and it was obvious why we weren't let in... I missed my best friend's wedding night celebration as a result of this foolishness and would recommend you try somewhere else for a night out. As someone visiting Knoxville for the first time, this was terrible representation for your city!
