We had a totally fun and delicious family and friends brunch at Ruby Sunshine. The menu is clever and varied and leaves diners wishing they had more stomachs to fill, and thus more entrees to try. Our charming server Em made the experience even better. Long wait on a Sunday morning - well worth it especially if you call ahead
We had an amazing time eating here at Ruby Sunshine! The food quality was amazing and Gretchen was the best! She recommended the best food items and made sure we were well served! Definitely a must try if you’re visiting Knoxville ?
Came in on a very busy Sunday morning and sat at the bar. Gretchen was very attentive and very friendly. Everyone was working really hard and didn’t stop while we were there! We had French toast bites, breakfast sandwich and the southern breakfast. All of it was amazing! Highly recommend!!
