I was in town for the night and stopped here. Awesome place to hangout with very friendly staff. Would recommend!

Whitney was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable on her spirits. Coming from New York this is exactly the type of place I was looking for and I wasn't let down.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone going through knoxville looking for a legit cocktail.
I visited Knoxville with my boyfriend and Sapphire is his old stumping ground. We enjoyed a great wine and the service was very good. Hope to one day come back?
Service was a little slow and food options were basically fried food, definitely not what I'd imagine as "fine" food.
Nice place but I the staff can be more engaging and welcoming.

Sat outside on a Friday night, waited about 15 minutes for a table. Food was great, Fish & Chips. Appetizer was a Tater-tot type of nacho dish. Very good.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Aaron and his staff for taking on our event this past Saturday. IT was an amazing atmosphere and everyone who came had a blast. I highly recommend them for both their food and drink. The bartenders and servers were very professional.
Just wanted to thank you for lunch last week. This restaurant served our team some amazing cheeseburger's and okra! We appreciate the time, and effort you went to in order to provide a meal for us. When all this is over, I can't wait to visit and thank you in person!

Wasn’t terrible but also wasn’t amazing. Everything is pretty pricey, I feel that should be expected. My drink was good, I just wasn’t very impressed. The service was slow and possibly wasn’t enough folks working. Endless drink menu which is a plus.
