Quick and affordable lunch while shopping at the mall. Stromboli is always delicious. Food always looks and tastes fresh, although it's being reheated at time of order.
Salads are fresh but lacking in real substance and flavor. Marinara sauce for the breadsticks was very runny this last visit.

Went to the Sbarro at the West Town Mall on 11/12/23 around 5ish. The staff that worked there were amazing. They were full of life and smiles. You could feel the sense of camaraderie they shared. We had two slices of pepperoni and it was probably the best Sbarros we have been to.
December 2023
Tried to order a pizza tonight in person about an hour before closing and they told us they weren’t taking whole pizza orders anymore today. This is the second time in a month we’ve been told this in person. Very upsetting and confusing why they can’t take my order.

Revised- the company quickly apologized for their stores customer service and made it right. We gave them another try and the pizza was excellent and we will definitely be back
