This is the first Shoneys restaurant I have been to in 6 years and the service was great. Our waiter was Garrett, and he was so nice and was on top of things. We will definitely be back with the entire family next time

The food is always delicious. The workers are nice. The bacon is nice and crispy (I'm all about that breakfast buffet). I honestly wish they could do a refresh of the lobby like many other local Shoneys have done. But we're lucky enough that they stay in business with how so many of the Knoxville locations have closed, so I'm not going to complain.

We came in here with 35 people unannounced and they welcomed us with zero frustration and had us seated within minutes. One waitress handled us with ease and was super friendly. It took a while to get drinks, but the buffet provided disposable gloves for those who wish to keep their hands germ free. The food on the buffet was very good. All in all very good experience.
