We were told by waitress only the breakfast bar is allowed on weekends at Flatwoods wv so since we were seated we took the bar everything was cold and raw eggs bacon hash browns and biscuits cold. I took 3 bites told waitress it was inedible. My mother and sister were still eating so she said tell manager when we went to pay it was one ticket. We got the manager and I explained the food was raw and cold he said we could have had anything else ordered and I told him waitress said only the bar was available. He said she was off medical leave and didn't know. Manager said we waited too late to get my food taken off bill so he would discount 10 percent which we didn't get either. I paid 20 dollars for food I could not eat. My sister and mother ate anyway and was sick for 2 hrs. We were treated like we didn't matter to the manager and the waitress apparently didn't know or didn't want to take a menu order. I will never eat there again and I will tell everyone I know not to either

Corporate Bosses this is for you guys, me and husband traveled from Arizona to west virginia and stayed for a month, Our Number place to eat the whole time we where there was Your restaurant. Everything about your business was amazing the food, and the people where great.. Me and my Husband are back In Our Home State of Pinetop, Arizona.. where we love to have you being your business out here to Our Home State but only have it in the white Mountains,

I loved the food at exit 417 Shoneys Dandridge but was shocked that a lady was cleaning the glass above the bar. Spraying glass cleaner while food was still being served on the bar. I am sure that would violate corporate policies and the Health Department regulations. I took a picture of this occurring. It was around 4:15 pm on Sunday February 01, 2026. 😔

Great place to get that down home country cooking! Breakfast bar, and then lunch and dinner... hot veggies, soups, and 4 to 5 different variety of meat options. Fried catfish... hand dipped ... so so good! Served with fresh starter sauce... I could go on and on.... if it sounds like I work there... well your right! I do! Come on down to the Harriman TN store, and see for yourself!

They no longer have a restaurant at the corporate office. However, the people are very kind and friendly there and they pointed us in the direction of the closest Shoney's restaurant -which was fantastic! 😋

We were passing through and decided to stop since we no longer have a Shoney’s in our hometown. The food was great , service was great, and my kids loved getting to try their first hot fudge cake!

I could eat at Shoney's every day if I lived next to them. My favorite place to eat.

called the store to speak to a manager and brielle the supervisor hung up in my face.

My family went to eat dinner I found a hair in my greens told/showed the server. The manager finally came to talk to me about it after he was in the back room watching TV. All he done was take a dinner off the ticket which idc about the ticket. I cared about the employee named TRACY to put ALL her hair up. PLEASE ppl start taking your job more serious. A job isn't a talent show and you shouldn't have to impress anyone. With that being said if your working the food bar and a "food bar manager" at that ALL your hair should be up. So that way customers don't get hair in their food. I've had bangs before also and made sure mine was all the way up. It's called hair clips/Bobby pins for a reason. And then after the customer complains the hair still isn't put up. This society is sad that we live in! Everyone just wants a check. Last time I will be going there.

Worst Experience Ever!!! Morristown Shoneys. The wife and I came in at 7:30 pm the bar already looked not up to standards. I am usually a fan of the buffet that they offer but it was not refreshed. The only thing good this night was the salad bar. It was fresh. I requested fresh chicken at the bar when I first came in. I understand working in a restaurant myself if someone comes in t close but it was 7:30 and you didn’t close until 9. There was no reason for your hot bar to be trash!!!! The young waitress working was an awful server. There was no pre bus at all!! My table was full of dishes and I never got a refill. We were repeatedly ignored by her. The young lady up front when I complained informed me to never come back. I was going to complain to the reporting manager but I could tell by the way she called her it was going t do me no good. If this is how David Walker runs this place he needs to know this was the worst Shoneys experience ever and as the young lady requested I will never be back in that TOILET BOWL AGAIN!!! Oh yea, I never got the chicken either………..Thank you ✌?

I desperately need some Shoney's Seasoning salt for my house salad dressing. I literally can't make it without Shoney's seasoning salt.
