Unfortunately although the Gatlinburg location of this restaurant is great and some of the food is decent (typical pub food), our experience was very poor. A member of our party of 8 ordered something with rice. When the rest of the food was ready, we were finally informed there was no rice so he had to choose something else to order while everyone else was eating.
