Smoky Mountain Brewery in Turkey Creek

We go here regularly and love it! This is not the place if you are trying to be quick as it's always a little slow in my opinion, but it's always worth it!

Love this place. Great food, the dry wings are amazing, really good beer. Service is excellent

I came in expecting a normal dinner… maybe a refill or two… but Kenzie said “hold my apron” and turned my entire night into a full-blown experience.

I’m convinced this girl has superpowers. My drink was never empty. My food was magically perfect. She remembered everything without writing it down which, honestly, should qualify as an Olympic sport.

By the time dessert came, I was ready to petition Congress to name a whole meal after her. “The Kenzie Special” has a nice ring to it. Maybe it comes with a warning label: Caution: May cause sudden happiness and unrealistic expectations for future servers.

If you go and you don’t ask for Kenzie, that’s a YOU problem.

She’s unforgettable, hilarious, and somehow made me feel like both Beyoncé and a valued customer at the same time.

12/10 will be back!

Food and drinks were good, however not a fan of how loud the band is. You can not have a conversation with how loud they let the band play. Other than that, no complaints. I would just go when no band is playing.

Just left SMB after very poor service. Walked in and no one was around. Had to go look for someone to seat us. Eventually the server came and took our drink orders. Waited a while and the server was walking around talking and then walked behind the kitchen area and started eating. No drinks were brought to our table. We continued to wait.
It want busy at all. There was one other table in the entire portion of the restaurant that had customers.
The server walked around talking to another server. She then went back to the kitchen area and was eating a second time. Still no drinks. We got up and left. The service was rediculous! I will not return.

We loved the food and the atmosphere… but the server we had I think her name was Tori, she’s why I’d rate the experience a one star.

This has become our number 1 go to for pizza, wings, food and awesome beer made in their own brewery.

Horrendous service, staff will watch and ignore you

I belong to a business networking group, and about once a month we do lunch mixers so business owners can come and network with each other. We set up one of these gatherings at Smoky Mountain Brewery in Turkey Creek, and enjoyed it so much, we are making it our go to place for awhile. They have a nice room where we can set up and do our thing away from the normal lunch crowd. The room can hold up to about 30 people. The service is great, the food is very good, and the management is so accommodating for our meetings. I'd highly recommend this place as a go to for a casual meal, or or a group meeting similar to ours.

Friendly staff, unique aesthetic. Live music is sometimes too loud. Avoid the burgers; they are thin and wimpy. They are the typical generic burgers probably ordered from Sysco.

Great hamburger and the pumpkin flavored beer was the best. Never thought pumpkin flavor in a beer could taste so good. Will definitely return for the food and the beer. Oh almost forgot, rapid and courteous service was on point also, made the meal over the top.

We had such a personable, attentive and caring bartender. Sat at the bar mid-road trip and couldn’t have received better service—she greeted us kindly, gave recommendations, knew the menu very well and made wonderful conversation. 10/10 I’d come back to see her again—yall have a keeper 💚

Food service is terrible. Waited over an hour to get 2 appetizers. We sit and watched several customers, with larger parties get seated after us. Get they food, eat, and leave. Will not returning.

Came with a group of 11. Excellent service despite being busy because of the game playing. Food was delicious. Will definitely return.
