I have frequented the 305 N. Forrest Dr location. On Jan 3 I placed an online like I have many times. when I got there to pick up my order that was to be ready at 720 am no one was there all lights are off. No worries as this place is usually my favorite. I finally was able to reach someone about 8 am. I had to be at work so I asked if I could just get it this evening since I could not figure out how to cancel an order that said was completed.. I was assured I could. well I called at 530pm to make sure the employees were aware of what I was told this morning. Well of course this message was not passed along. so Mr owner but I will make sure me and all my nurse friends use the other location and no not the one on kingston pike since some of your same workers go there. I don't know who the guys are that work there but the ladies that do are wonderful and always do a great job. those guys are gonna cost you.

I don’t know what’s changed in the last few months/weeks but my order is wrong every other time. I wish I was exaggerating. I say the same thing every time yet somehow I get the wrong item or it’s made with the wrong ingredients. This is the closest location to my home but the one on Kingston pike has never gotten it wrong. The last time I had to turn around and come back the young woman who remade my order thought it was funny. And also made it wrong the second time. Oh and did I mention it’s an allergy? Really funny.

I think there needs to be some sort of protocol for online orders. There's been several times i order online, and once I get there, not only do I wait in the long line, but by the time I get to the window, they ask me to pull up because my order isn't ready, but the people behind me are getting their smoothies. It's not like I have a huge order. I literally only order one smoothie.

Drive-thru only with barely enough room to get around. And I drive a tiny Honda fit. Smoothie was melted even though I got there before the designated pickup time.
Came by at like 945pm tonight since they close at 10p to order a smoothie, and they said they “closed early due to running out of ingredients” but didn’t even ask me what I wanted. They clearly just wanted to close early and were just chilling inside. Service was already slow at this location as others have said. Really need to step their game up.

You guys have a good crew at this store. I came by the store at 4PM on Saturday, 5/18. I didn’t catch any names today , but there were three folks - 2 guys and 1 girl. Before this visit, I had never tried Smoothie King. I told the guy over the headset about this and he and the others were all giving suggestions. It was refreshing because it made the situation fun and they seem to enjoy what they’re doing. Kudos to the staff.Drink was ?? too!

Already had the slowest service in West Knoxville, and they just got rid of the second drive thru speaker. Don't go unless you have half an hour to spare in the drive thru (even after placing a mobile order in advance).
