I recently started getting Acai Cocoa haze smoothie bowls, and I've never been disappointed until today. I made it home and realized I was given nearly rotten bananas that were black in the middle. It wouldn't have been a big deal to accidentally receive such if they weren't already cut into slices and very clearly not fresh before being placed in my smoothie bowl. I will continue to give them my service, but I want to make sure this mistake never happens again.
Staff are BEYOND amazing and go out of their way. :)
